• What would we say about a little girl who feels her body expanding or shrinking and is aware of the delusion and can distinguish it from reality?
• What would we say about a student who, when asked by the teacher "what is 2 times 2", responds with "blue"?
• What would we say about someone who has the sensation of a "ghost" following them and even offers a piece of cake to the "phantom"? Who can imagine a family where all members believe that the father is God, the son is Jesus, and the mother is the Holy Spirit?
