I painted 2 very old completely faded ones and they took a nice blue denim color. One of them has already been washed once and did not lose any color, it seems that the dye is resistant. I followed the instructions exactly, they were dyed in a pot with hot water on a gas stove.... Note that the jeans in the photo are old and completely faded, they have gained a little more life
