It does not have Wi-Fi so forget about any connectivity. It does not have maps either. What you see in the product photos are the seabed maps that you can create yourself if you explore the entire sea. Simply put, it is a simple device that allows you to see exactly what is beneath you within a small radius to the left and right, nothing more. I did not research it enough, to be honest, and I made a mistake with the Wi-Fi.
