  The tests were initially conducted on a snowy forest road and also on a completely frozen one after a few days. Without exaggeration, their grip on ice is impressive. No difference from walking on dry ground. They fit easily on boots and give you a sense of security. Obviously, they are not for climbing but for walking in conditions like the ones in the photos, they are a good choice for their price.

  Upd: Regarding the size, the boots in the photo (Salomon X Ultra 3) are size 43 1/3 and the size I chose is the one labeled as 44-47 on the website (the letter L is written on the bottom part of the cleats indicating Large).

  I bought them in the middle of last summer for occasional use in case of ice during the winter. Today, with snowfall, I tried them for the first time. It took me a little while to put them on my shoes, but when I placed the first one, I put the second one on in less than a minute. With work boots that I tried them on, they are a perfect product. Although at first I thought they would come off, I did all the usual movements in my walking and they didn't come off. I walked on snow, on asphalt roads, on cement, on marble and tiles, and the crampons really work like suction cups and you don't slip even a millimeter. I recommend them 100% in terms of the job they do, as for durability, I can't have an opinion yet.
