I give it 5 stars because it moisturizes, does a good job, and on a tired face with fine lines (I am 36), and above all, when I apply it after a while, it doesn't show anything, unlike other ones I have tried that make me look sweaty after a while. And the price is fine too, I have tried ones with four times the price and didn't see any difference.
In the positives, the scent.
I consider medisei to be the better choice, this one didn't match well with my oily skin. It's a shame, and it had interesting ingredients.
It hydrates the face. I use it before I go to sleep (whenever I remember) and I am very satisfied.
If you are sensitive to strong scents and mainly want it for a night cream, I would not recommend it. Otherwise, it does what it promises.

Light cream that is also suitable for summer, unlike Medisey which you apply and immediately start sweating. It is gentle, with a nice scent, I use it morning and night now and everything is fine. I think the results will be visible after years, so I can't say anything about that, but I know it will be the cream I will use as a primer and moisturizer as it is good and affordable.
Personally, it didn't suit me. The scent is not nice at all. I didn't notice anything remarkable on my skin. And just like Panthenol, it makes the face shiny. Something that maybe women like, but in general, it's not nice, especially for men, I think.
I bought it to try a new company since I had a similar cream from Panthenol.
