Reliable brand for such audio products. Nice, clean and powerful sound. It isolates external sounds satisfactorily and has a decent microphone. Its price is definitely worth it.
I come from Edifier W820NB with which I was completely satisfied but when they broke I decided to try these with sooo many comments about the great bass, etc, etc.
+As for the positives, I give it that it has multipoint and connects easily and quickly to desktop and mobile.
+Also, I was a little worried that it only has 40 hours of battery life, but it's fine in the end.
And here is where the positives end... Now for the negatives.
-The fabric on the ear cushion doesn't seem to withstand much.
-I have a normal head and small ears but the headphones kill my ears with pain. I mean, I can handle all the other negatives, but not being in pain. And since I wear them literally all day, it's a huge problem.
-It's a headset with a personality. It decides on its own when to turn off. Even if it's programmed that way to save battery and all, I don't like them turning off on their own. And because I wear them all day, it's a huge problem.
-It randomly disconnects and reconnects on its own even when I'm next to the adapter. And it makes a sound like a guitar when it connects, and okay, combined with the above, it's a disaster.
-It doesn't have good range. With the same adapter that worked up to the upper floor the day before with the Edifier, now with the JBL, I can only go to the kitchen and it cuts out 100 times.
-The frame sticks out too much from the side, there's a 3-finger gap between the frame and my head. If I wanted to look like an alien, I would have bought a cheaper mask.
-The bass is nothing special!!! Barely any difference from the Edifier! I expected the bass to be amazing, but it's nothing like that! (the manual that comes with it doesn't even provide an app to download, so the watermelon is a failure)
-The charging port is inside the headphones, meaning you have to move the "ear" forward to reveal the charging path, like Moses revealing the path. This means you can't charge and listen at the same time.
-I had 10% battery left, and instead of waiting for the battery to run out, it turned off on its own every minute! Even though I still had 10% left! And there wasn't even a warning sound that the battery was low, it just decided to turn off.
-I don't know why they decided to put the on/off button in the front and facing downwards on the headphone (instead of placing it higher) and all the other buttons at the back! My wrist has to do yoga to turn on/off the headphones, if they haven't turned off on their own first because they feel like it!
Another downside is that it doesn't have ANC, but I knew that from the beginning, it's still a negative though.
One of the worst purchases I've made in terms of headsets, and because I'm an x-gamer and my job involves communications (and therefore headsets), I have extensive experience with headsets! I can't wait for them to break because I don't want to pay another €50 to get new headphones, but seriously, the pain is unbearable, and so is their... personality. There's no way I'll ever buy JBL headsets again!
P.S. In case you're wondering why I don't return them, it's because I stupidly threw away the packaging. I never imagined I would end up with the worst headphones I've ever had.
Classic JBL headphones, nice design, good sound, but in the summer with the heat especially the ear sweats and generally gets tired after wearing them for a while...
In less than a month, the sponge came off one of the headphones. Also, it does not connect with the Nintendo Switch for online chat. It only connected once and that was with interruptions. My son, who was using them, could not be heard
I LOVE them! Sound is crystal clear, good bass, very vfm. They last for endless hours, I don't even realize how the month goes by without charging. I use them intensively at the gym and I just love them.
It does exactly what it promises. The sound is just fine for the price level. The materials are decent and have good assembly; you don't think it will break when you move it. I would easily buy it again.
Maybe the worst over the ear headphones I have ever bought. I wear them at work for hours, and within less than an hour, my ears really hurt. Maybe they are made for smaller heads, but personally I found them very uncomfortable. It is unacceptable because I had no name headphones for years and they were perfect. I went to JBL for better ones and now I am looking for the no name ones again. I know they are not JBL's top of the line, but the only thing they have over the no name ones is the battery life. But what can you do if you can't wear them for more than 30 minutes without wanting aspirin.
I would not buy them again.
It connects perfectly fine with my Android phone. However, it cannot connect at all with Windows 11 on my laptop. Specifically, it says "connected" but it is not connected with audio and microphone, which means that the sound is not transferred to the headphones.
Very mediocre quality for the cost they have... a month later something started hitting inside the speaker when I go for a run... they are not suitable for exercise as they do not stay stable in exercises where you have to lie down
I bought them for my work since they also have a microphone. I hardly use them because no one can hear me. During every call, everyone tells me that the sound is lost and they can only hear the first few words.
If you want them for running and listening, go for it without a second thought. If you want them for work, definitely not.
For this particular model, I have had them for about 2 years and they have not had ANY issues.
Very good sound and bass (especially for the price) very comfortable and lightweight, the only downside is that if a piece is not strong in sound and you listen to it on the street, it is not very audible (because they are on-ear headphones they do not have good sound isolation, let's put it that way.) The battery lasts even with strong sound intensity.
The sound does not distort when you have it at high volume.
Very good build quality even though the frame looks very thin.
The cushion is very soft to wear for countless hours.
It may not be as comfortable for some heads, I recommend trying them before buying.
10/10 for the good quality and cost.
I have been using them effortlessly for two years now, for the gym to listen to music on the treadmill and when I go for a walk or want to isolate myself. They are worth it. The construction is not very sturdy but if you take care of them, they will be fine. The ear cushions can be replaced in case of wear.
I use them at the gym and for running for over a month. Although a short period of time, I have not encountered any problems (with sweat, falls, etc.). Don't expect anything crazy, but for their price, they are very decent. The battery is very good
Tragic quality. Within 5 months of normal use, they broke at the point shown in the photo. Common wear and tear, according to what I read here and on other websites. If you use the warranty, the importing company will refer you to the respective seller, who will inform you that this specific damage is not covered by 99%. Money wasted.
Decent for the price range, but I've had them for a year now and the battery is all over the place (won't fully charge no matter how long I leave it, I get notifications that it's at 0% and when I reconnect the headphones the battery's at 50%). I wouldn't buy them again.
They are satisfactory if you want to wear them for up to 2 hours a day. Beyond that, they hurt your ears. After a few months, they also lose their shape, become loose, and do not stay securely on the head. For someone who has had beats in the past, obviously these are much inferior. However, for someone who has never used headphones before, they will be fine.
I had the 500 where it was perfect!
I switched to the 510 and noticed that after some time my ears hurt and then there is a buzzing sound.
I hope it is safe and it's just my imagination
After 7 months, they broke (there is a weak point in the headset and it breaks easily), we sent them back for inspection and they gave us the option for replacement. Also, after some time of use, they might become tiring.
I have had these headphones for 2 years now. I am very satisfied with the price-quality ratio. They have very good noise cancellation, strong bass, and clear sound. For my head and ear size, they are very good and do not tire me, although after several hours of wearing them, they may press on me a little. In terms of construction, I did not expect anything more for the money I paid. They are fine and have not broken or damaged any parts, nor have the cushions worn out, of course, I take care of them.
I, who use them for reading, do not find them convenient. After half an hour, my ears hurt a lot from the pressure they exert. I tried to be patient and adapt to this situation, but it's unbearable. In all other aspects such as sound, bass, battery, etc., they are excellent
I have them for a while now, but for their price, they are very good. For everyday use for music, they are an ideal choice and a good price for someone who wants to spend a decent amount.
Advantages:
- When you wear them, the sound is isolated and you can't hear the music around you.
- The bass is noticeable.
- The volume levels are very good.
- Easy to use and nice design. They are not bulky.
