For the past 12 years, I have been exclusively using Led Lenser flashlights. I started with the M14 400 lumens, which I bought for 110€. It is easy to open and close the lens with a large button on the bottom and very functional in every aspect. It lasted for 5 years of daily heavy use, enduring many falls, mud, dirt, and water. Then, I switched to the P7R 1000 lumens, which I bought for 70€, and it also lasted 5 years under the same working conditions. Along with these two, I also had a small and cheap P3. Being satisfied, especially with the P7R, I decided to upgrade to the premium P7R Signature for even better performance since my job requires excellent illumination in complete darkness and harsh conditions. From the moment I held the flashlight in my hands, I can say that I was disappointed. Nevertheless, I decided to delay my review and provide my impressions later after serious usage. The truth is that after 5 months of daily use, my impressions are completely negative, and it was a mistake not to return the flashlight from the beginning. Let me start with the very small button on the side used to open and close the lens. In low light, it is really difficult to find and wastes your time when you need to open it. It requires quite a bit of searching. Just above it, there is a small switch that changes the flashlight's functions. Many times, you accidentally change the function when it is placed there. Thirdly, it does not have good focus. The light beam remains large when you zoom in, resulting in losing distance and not having all the flashlight's power available at the desired point. Fourthly, it does not give you the feeling that you have better and more powerful illumination than the simple and much cheaper P7R. I think the difference between them is negligible even if they have a 1000 lumens difference. The most important aspect, as you can see in the photos I uploaded, is that the flashlight generates extreme temperatures. In hot weather, it becomes unbearable to use and very uncomfortable as it burns your hand. As shown in the photo with a professional thermometer, its temperature reaches 42 degrees Celsius during moderate use. The entire body heats up in a very short period. The charger, although magnetic, has a terrible and flimsy connection that easily comes off and does not hold firmly. In summary, buy the cheap and much better/functional P7R. Finally, the positive aspect is that it has a compact aluminum construction. I also believe that its durability will be equally good over time. Purchase price: 150€
