It doesn't seem from the photo and I thought it was much inferior than it actually turned out to be. The material is like leather, very warm and beautiful but it needs dry cleaning. The sleeves are made of leather or a leather-like material, so they are durable and look better than if they were woolen or fabric. It has lining inside to make it warmer, so with that and the elastic on the sleeves, it has been extremely convenient for me when I ride a motorcycle.
