This manual includes seventy practical topics that cover most of the General Criminal Law material. They are divided into ten separate sections and the classification of a practical topic into a section is based on its main subject. However, several practical topics incorporate problems from various thematic sections, in order to make the composition of more problematic issues apparent and to make the practical topics more realistic. The resolution of the practical topics is based on the model of legal reasoning. Initially, the applicable rules are analyzed - as necessary for the resolution of the practical topic - and then the recording of the actual incidents that are crucial for answering each question follows, so that the subsumption of the crucial actual incidents under the applicable rules can be easily followed. Also, to facilitate students, a brief guide to processing and resolution precedes the practical topics.

The purpose of this manual is to facilitate the easier assimilation of General Criminal Law, not only by students attending the course, but also by aspiring lawyers or judges.
