The current volume includes my Greek-language scientific articles - excluding book reviews and encyclopedic entries - from the beginning of my scientific career until my professorship in chronological order of publication of each study, including those published before the support of my doctoral thesis. The overwhelming majority of these articles refer to issues of Islam and law, while there are also some that focus on either Greco-Roman law or issues related to the history of the Arab world. Finally, as an appendix, three independent concise studies are published, presenting direct relevance. The edition followed the method of photostatic reprinting to facilitate the retrieval of the original publication reference. Naturally, the linguistic form of the text is the same as that of the original edition, where it should be noted that in a few cases the correct accentuation is not followed, while in others the language is purely Greek. In the first case, the reasons were purely practical, due to the limitations of the printing press, while in the second case it was due to my ignorance of the "transformation" of the texts into the vernacular language, which I neither respect nor accept nor appreciate.
