For my standards, the camera is incredible. The distance from the router is about 12 meters and it doesn't lag even for a second. I don't know if it has any issues with the weather conditions because I have it under a shelter. Now, as for its functions, it is very good. You can choose the area you want to monitor and it notifies you by turning on some very powerful lights that illuminate the area, allowing you to see in color even in the dark. Additionally, the camera follows the intruder wherever they go in the area it has the ability to see. And one last thing, the microphone records so well that you can hear sounds from a very long distance very clearly. The same goes for the speaker because I have a dog 3 meters away from the camera and I can talk to him from my phone (when he misbehaves) even though I am many kilometers away from home!
The camera is a cheaply made (obviously for 25€) plastic construction. It is waterproof and has withstood storms and rain. The image quality is quite good, especially in bright light. The microphone is fine and while the speaker is not great, you can still understand someone speaking.
But why did I give it a rating of 2/5 when I am satisfied with the image, sound, and construction (considering the cost), and setup?
I bought one to try it out, noting that I don't handle them myself but my father does, who is familiar with using a mobile phone but not particularly tech-savvy. Since he and I were both satisfied, we decided to get a second one.
The second camera, even though it is the same model and I bought both from the same place, does not work with the same application. One works with YCS365, and the other only works with icsee and every icsee version (pro, xmeye, etc).
While I have tried to connect both cameras to the same application, the one that works with YCS refuses to read the QR code provided by icsee, it doesn't even recognize it even though I connected it to the router via LAN. And even though it says you can set up the camera by accessing its own hotspot, it doesn't recognize it! Similarly, the other camera (which works with icsee) reads the QR code when I try to set it up with YCS, but then it says "error connecting to wifi". It doesn't recognize the camera in the YCS application either, even though they are identical and I have connected it to the LAN. Yes, I have reset both cameras.
In the end, you need two different applications, one for each camera. It seems I wasn't lucky and I received two different versions, even though I bought both of them here at the same price.
Great night image! Fast response, very good zoom, easy connection and installation on the phone with the icsee app, with many useful functions.. at 19.90 it's a one-way street!
Time will tell for a complete opinion. I thought this would work with the iCSee and XMEye apps that I was interested in since I have 2 other identical ones, but eventually, after frustration, effort, and patience, it only worked with the V360Pro app!!! Without a manufacturer's brand, most of them simply circulate packaged in an open green box, and I thought they were the same since the external characteristics of the cameras were the same. If we have 10 cameras and 10 different apps, then it's just trouble. The manufacturer is not mentioned anywhere, just like the serial number is not mentioned on the box of each camera for easier installation. It should also be stated in the instructions with which app each camera works to facilitate buyers. ... In the end, most cheap Chinese cameras are garbage ...

The device constantly disconnects. You have to reset it to connect again and again, and overall it has issues. Even though I installed its own program, it constantly displays messages that you need to put in cloud, etc. I do not recommend it.
I give it three stars because it is difficult to connect!
The daytime resolution is good, but at night it's so-so! I want someone to tell me if they know why it doesn't take pictures - snapshots on its own, and not me doing it, for example if someone is in front of the camera? Like for example when an external camera does it!
Based on the comments I have read, it seems that not everyone is using the same camera. I will talk about the one that works with the icsee application. First of all, I have to say that at this price (17 euros) I couldn't find any camera compatible with onvif so that I could connect it to an NVR recorder, as I did. I have been using it for several months now and recently I added another one and they work perfectly fine. Unfortunately, there are several significant limitations, like in most cameras (e.g. slow frequency of taking screenshots after motion detection), but for its category (even compared to much more expensive cameras I have tried), I believe it is the best choice.
A very good camera for the time we don't have any issue.. It does exactly what it says. And definitely for its money it is in the motto quality and price at a very good level. I bought 2 at first, one for the door in the apartment building and one for the apartment and now in the second year I will buy another two for the island.
Several pieces were purchased for installation in a store indoors-outdoors.
After 3 months of use, no problems and no issues.
The android application is icsee.

Guys, don't even bother, it's terrible. I've been struggling for 2 months to find a program to work with it on my computer with recording and it still freezes on the wall. It constantly disconnects and in my opinion, it's a waste of money!!!!
I bought two from a large store with Chinese products in Heraklion, Attica, at the price of €17.00 each. Yes, the quality is... of the price... easy connection and monitoring from mobile and tablet. Several options, sends notifications, detects human movement and sends alerts, records videos and takes photos, as long as you have set it up... automatically switches to infrared mode when it gets dark. It also has an option with LEDs to see color images even at night. During the day, the image is very good, while at night it is average to good. It has a small viewing angle, I would have preferred it to be wider. It records audio and video on an SD card and has circular recording when it gets full and there is no more space. The microphone captures sounds from a distance of 40 meters. It has preset points that you can save and you can easily move the camera by pressing the memory button, it can tour up to 3 points only. You can simultaneously monitor 4 cameras, it splits the screen and prioritizes the sound you choose. I installed them at the end of October, they have endured storms, snow, and cold weather (at an altitude of 850m), *see update below* there was some moisture in one of them which is not visible during the day but appears as a cloud obstructing half of the visibility at night with the infrared. Not on one side, but on the entire image. Data consumption during live monitoring is quite low, as I use a 4G router with a WhatsUp SIM. When storing and downloading from the camera's SD card to send to the mobile, it consumes data. 4GB per month is borderline for monitoring and downloading some small videos. For now, I am satisfied, it does the job I want.

Yes, I have also bought for friends who have asked me, because they have seen the results firsthand... I have also bought another piece for myself, which I easily connected to the existing account I already had... icsee Android app... (by the way, the third camera is on another WiFi network 300 km away from the existing installation with the two I had)...
I also encountered a problem as the infrared function for night time was not working, so I returned it to the store and they replaced it without any objection!!!
In the various comments and evaluations I read, I see difficulties in connection, etc. that various buyers of this product mention, and I don't understand why... the camera does its job more than well... it just requires a little exploration in the settings to meet your requirements... that's all...
One of the best purchases I have ever made... value for money and flagship!!!

Sending notifications every minute without recording to the SD card and forcing only cloud storage, which you have to pay $79 per year to keep 7 days of videos and $129 for 30 days. It doesn't recognize any other camera program.
I bought it from a Chinese goods store in the area of Pefki, Attica on 23/11/23. It works with the ICSee application, which I already use for another camera of a different type indoors. Its connection to the application was relatively easy. What bothered me was that the rotation speed was slow compared to the others I have evaluated. Another "issue" I noticed was that while it detected motion and sent notifications to my phone, it did not turn on the white LEDs to illuminate the area. I could manually turn them on through the application. I don't know if it was my fault for maybe not setting something correctly in the menu. For these reasons, I gave it 3 stars and used the word "issue" in quotes. Therefore, I had to return it to the store and exchange it, paying extra for the PR16-JORTAN-8170QJ, which works with the Yoosee application, for which I have already made an evaluation. As for the quality of construction materials, we shouldn't expect much from cheap Chinese products.
I bought it because of the good reviews it has and because it's cheap, but the camera is not worth it. It doesn't connect to the internet, only when you connect through the camera's wifi, so remote control is not possible. I managed to connect only with the JXL-CAM app and it doesn't have any useful options, like notifying when it detects motion or any other "extra" function. You can only turn on the light by yourself through the app, or continuously record videos, and when you disconnect from the camera or the internet, the camera stops working.
In the other apps provided with the QR code, it doesn't connect no matter what you do!
I couldn't connect it to any of the other apps you have written. Obviously, it's a camera that I wouldn't recommend to anyone, it's just a waste of money.
Also, when I insert the memory card, the camera freezes.
So far everything is good, the picture is clear and the connection is okay.
Of course, I should mention that I have connected it with ethernet, it has not been tested with wi-fi.
It is the second one I bought, no comparison in terms of build quality with the first one. This one seems more fake and it doesn't recognize the memory card. I don't know why, but luckily it works with the same iCSee program. If anyone knows how to help me with the memory card, I would appreciate it
The camera works very well. It has what it promised. But the issue is the application. On the top left, it shows the date and time. And in the time, it says that it is five hours ahead and I have searched everywhere and there is no setting to fix it. If you know something, please tell me.
I bought 2 cameras from the same store with a 3-week difference. The first one works with ICSee and it's the best camera I have ever bought. The second one works with V380Pro and it doesn't record videos after a while and asks you to pay. Good luck figuring out their apps.
Easy setup via ethernet and then use with wireless network. The application provides access from anywhere normally. With a 64GB card, it continuously writes and deletes old files when it fills up. The only negative was the screws and brackets it had because they were lousy, they couldn't hold the camera. Of course, this wasn't a problem for me because I have plenty of those in different sizes in my toolbox. I will come back in the future if I see any problems to report them.
Edit: The camera has no capability to connect to a computer. If someone dares to reset it, it will never be set up again. It went to waste, a t-p link was bought with double the price to end the story.

This particular camera I can say is excellent for its price. It works in temperatures from 30 degrees in the sun to below zero, tested in snow and rain. You can set it to do many things in general and it sends notifications to your phone when it detects motion, and it can follow a scheduled route at a certain time to cover a large area and many other things. The only downside is that essentially if you want to record videos (in general) and photos (for a long period of time (over a week)) you have to subscribe to the cloud of the application because even if you insert an SD card it deliberately rejects it.
UPDATE 5/4/2024 - I ordered another camera for a different location and I received the camera (same model) that connects with the V360 PRO application (not the ICSEE that was the previous one). The application is relatively similar but worse than that of ICSEE and useful tools are missing such as human motion detection (and not just general movement) and storing photos that hit the motion sensor in the cloud for a week (something that is free in the ICSEE application. So one star less for this otherwise the camera is the same in construction and I expect similar durability. When purchasing, speak to the store where you buy them to send you those that work with the ICSEE application
After about 5 months, it stopped working. Nothing works and the LED lights are constantly on. The wifi also has a problem when I try to connect it. Even the new one had issues, magically starting the moment I was about to return it. Stay away
Easy installation. Wireless communication range with the router is about 8-10m. It requires a good internet speed to connect. Do a reboot from the button next to the sd card slot if it doesn't connect and try again. I hope it will withstand the test of time.
Very good camera for outdoor use, it monitors well but with many false alarms especially if there are trees nearby and it's windy. The image has very good resolution during the day and good at night with the camera lights on, at 28€ it's the best. A 32GB memory card for video recording is perfect.
I managed to receive email notifications only from the VMS for PC/Windows for Cloud cameras with apps (iCSee, XMEye, etc.).
+ Several settings that are not available in the app
Very good choice for the money, follows the movement. Also, you have the ability through the application to speak and be heard through the camera. It's worth it!
