  With a total weight of 145 kilograms (including myself and the weights), it is absolutely stable. I use it for bench press and bent over rows.

  The gap between the cushions can only be bothersome if you don't know how to sit on a bench to do weights...

  The assembly took me about an hour at a relaxed pace. The package I received had instructions. It would be good to have two adjustable wrenches.

  In the photos, the two iron bars that support the back and seat look like toothpicks. In reality, they have a width corresponding to the rest of the bench's body, as you can see in the attached photo.

  The bench that really offers a lot and costs little. Many positives. Easy assembly, very good quality, stability, with adjustments for the back and seat, which is wide and with the right firmness, while I must say that the bench can withstand 250 kg, a truly impressive number. My only complaint is the assembly instructions, in which you cannot find which side of the iron supports is the top, the one that screws onto the cushions and which one is the bottom. This does not diminish the value for money of the bench, which I consider to be an excellent purchase.

  Without much ado, the bench is worth every last penny and to tell the truth, it is also cheap for what it offers! Bravo to the company that gives us the opportunity to acquire a real tool with little money, with a very sturdy construction (250 kg resistance will cover the majority of people) and at the same time lightweight for easy transportation. The only "flaw" I could find lies in the not so detailed assembly instructions, particularly in which side of the iron supports is the top (which screws into the cushions) and which is the bottom, as one of them has hollow slots for the screws. The bottom side of the seat cushion is unreasonably wide (I can't understand the reason) but not to the point of being bothersome, so it's not an issue, I just mention it. The firmness of the cushions is just right, those of you who have experience from gyms understand, as the friend correctly states in another comment, it's not an armchair! In all positions of the backrest and seat, the bench is perfectly stable and inspires confidence. It is even more stable in all positions, even compared to the MyBench from Force USA that I have had for years, which costs around €350 and has double the weight (of course, this particular bench has other uses and a 350 kg resistance). Finally, I should mention that the measurements of the bench's backrest incline are quite different from those given by the company (-15-0-30-50-70-90 degrees) and the truth is that even with the naked eye, it is obvious that it is incorrect. My own measurements with an electronic protractor and a digital level are -15-0-20-35-55-90 degrees, those of you who have the bench can measure it yourselves and inform others.

  Having spent years in the gym, I consider the bench to be very good and worth its money.
  I will only mention two incidents that concern the company.
  Not everyone has a toolbox at home and certainly not everyone has the knowledge and patience to deal with it when there is no relevant manual. Which screw goes where and if the back iron was inserted upside down. There should have been a simple instruction paper to save time and a key to tighten it. It's nothing for the company, but while it would have taken me 10 minutes to finish, it took me 40.

  I would describe it as quite stable, with relatively good material quality... However, there are two significant issues for me with this bench:
  1) The adjustment of the seat cushion has only two positions (straight and slightly inclined), which does not help in properly positioning the basin for inclined pressures.
  2) Despite the good material quality mentioned earlier, it is a shame that there is a strong "Chinese" smell... Amateurish gluing, with crooked points and an unattractive result.

  Sturdy bench with 6 positions for the back, meaning from incline to upright at a 90-degree angle for seated shoulder presses with dumbbells, and 2 positions for the seat. It does not have a leg extension attachment, but I'm not a fan of that exercise, so it doesn't bother me at all!!! I would definitely buy it again without hesitation.

  My first impressions are very good. The frame is made of thick steel (~2.5mm - 12-13 gauge) and the cushions are quite firm. Overall, the construction is sturdy and stable. It was fairly easy to assemble, taking me about 45 minutes to do it on my own. The bases have rubber on the edges, so the bench doesn't slide. It's also a positive feature that it can be inclined, something that is hard to find in this price range. Additionally, congratulations to the company for creating a bench with such durability (250kg according to the sellers) at such a low price.

  As for the negatives, it may not have an attachment to "lock" the legs (like in an abdominal bench), so it's a bit difficult to get into the right position for inclined presses with dumbbells. Also, the mesh on the back of the seat, although I wouldn't say it's of poor quality, it seems like it might start to fray over time.

  In summary, a very good bench, especially for its price. I would buy it again without a doubt.

  First Update: After a first chest workout, I am very satisfied. The bench doesn't move at all from its position, it is absolutely stable. The adjustments for the incline are in the right places.

  Second Update: After a month of use, I am completely satisfied. The bench is like new, it doesn't wobble even when supporting heavy weights. I highly recommend it.

  Third Update: One year and many workouts later, I am completely satisfied. The bench still looks brand new.

  Fourth Update (2021): The bench has been subjected to 6 months of intense workouts by 2 people during quarantine and it is still in excellent condition. Truly a buy it for life product. Perfect.
