The SUP board Aztron Mercury 2.0, is designed for calm waters or with small waves and is considered suitable for beginners and experienced riders. Its lightweight and rigid core ensures stability, thus providing a sense of security and confidence.
Stand-up paddling is suitable for everyone, regardless of weight, physical condition, experience, and does not require many hours of training. It will offer you countless moments of fun and play, while also providing muscle strengthening and increased endurance, practicing your balance.
Double Chamber
The Double Chamber technology, which ensures an additional internal air chamber, offers safety and extra stability to the user. If any part of the inflatable section of the board gets damaged or partially loses air, the second chamber acts as an independent airtight unit and keeps the board inflated and relatively stable, allowing you to return safely to the shore.
Dual Valve System
It is equipped with a premium double high-pressure valve, specially designed for double-chamber SUPs. With a smaller diameter than a regular valve, it helps prevent damage that can be caused by over-inflation.
Comfortable transport and storage
It features a solid Neoprene handle for greater comfort and durability. It is also an excellent choice for travel or short trips, as you can deflate it after use and put it in a backpack.
Non-slip material
The investment in rhomboid embossed anti-slip material EVA, reminiscent of sandy beaches, provides stability and comfort.
Stainless Steel Rings
It features stainless steel rings for seat attachment, transforming it into a sit-on-top kayak.
Equipped with 1 fin
It features 1 removable fin, which allows for good alignment and less friction. Its installation is easy and requires no tools.

Happy owner of an Aztron URONO here for about 2 years (which has provided me countless hours of relaxation and fun) and a lover of SUPs for over 4 years, I bought the Mercury 2.0 as a gift for my friend. The exclusive criterion was the stability and quality of riding experience that I had with the Urono, for which the company is renowned, and not the admittedly mediocre quality peripherals (paddle-carrying bag).
First impressions of the SUP:
- Riding stability and rigidity, exactly what I expected: exceptional for its category (you can only find these in top-class boards priced at 800++).
- Super lightweight and user-friendly, it folds easily and can be stored in its bag (much easier than the Urono) since it is thinner.
- The build quality seems excellent with good seams (Aztron seems to have fixed the "childhood diseases" as in the Urono, although more expensive, there were some areas where the glue was visible).
- Appearance (subjective) but everyone admires it...
Peripherals:
- The carrying bag is beautiful (not black like the old Urono one) with plenty of internal and external straps, but unfortunately it remains of mediocre quality with relatively thin fabric and the zipper pulls are thin and bend if forced. In other words, it requires attention and not to be thrown around.
- Paddle: It has completely changed, it seems much more stable and of higher quality than the old one (but unfortunately a bit heavier). In the Urono, my paddle broke after 4-5 months. The dealership for the Urono suggested that I replace it with the carbon hybrid (paying about 60 euros difference). I did it and never regretted it as it is an amazing paddle. However, the new standard paddle has a completely different attachment on the blade and seems quite well-made.
- Fin and leash are of very good quality (the fin now has an additional screw for extra security).
- The pump is classic (I believe the same as all the others) with deflate capability, but if you need to inflate 2 SUPs, it is tiring (I bought an electric one to make it easier - although relatively expensive, it is a relief!).
In conclusion, if the main criterion is stability and riding quality (which it is for me), Aztron seems to have no rival in its category. If it improves its peripherals a bit (it seems to be trying), it will be able to easily compete with much more expensive premium brands.
