The material was collected after extensive research by the philologist and author Michalis Levendis. The edition is made with the blessing and supervision of the Holy Monastery of Dadiou and is introduced by the current Metropolitan of Fthiotida, Mr. Simeon, and his blessed predecessor, Mr. Nikolaos.
