Such tools are always good to be useless. For my case, where there are 3 cars in the family and calling (or paying) every time you can run out of battery for roadside assistance is not very pleasant. I was looking for a starter that would be quality and branded but not too expensive. This Osram one met exactly these criteria as it is neither anonymous (and possibly dangerous) "Chinese" nor as expensive as the Noco ones. I found it for 99 euros.
Now let's talk about the starters and what I learned from a small research I did. This specific one has reverse polarity safety clamps (meaning if you put the positive and negative clamps the other way around). It is also a quality device in terms of materials. If you have a diesel car, then the manufacturer strictly recommends this one and not the 200A one, otherwise if you want a starter only for gasoline cars, also check the 200A Osram one. Personally, I have used it once so far and it worked fine. Keep in mind that it will not work if the car battery is completely discharged (the instructions say if it is below 2 volts). After charging my battery (it took 2-3 seconds) which was at 11.5 volts, I did not lose a single charge bar on the starter.
