I would give it a 5 if it was more durable as it has only been 2 months and it has started showing signs of wear and tear. I imagine this also depends on the usage each person gives it.

Ideal for people with large dimensions both in height and weight. Its length is particularly satisfactory and it is very soft so that the knees do not hurt during use. I highly recommend it

Very good, the only negative thing is that it has a strong plastic smell that lasts for days after opening.

I use it to train my abs, back, and for bends. It perfectly covers me for the above.
