The iron is for throwing away, it sticks, it doesn't produce steam, it ruined two of my clothes. For Tefal, it is truly unacceptable, it damages the reputation of the company.

I cry for the 100 euros I spent, unacceptable. Not at all good steam production. I consider this model to be Tefal's shame.

Purchased for 100€ and tested for the first time today: U N B E L I E V A B L E.
Zero steam production and, of course, only when the iron is vertical and not when ironing.
I wonder why our previous TEFAL faithfully served us for a decade but unfortunately, one fall led us to the above D I S G R A C E.

AWFUL!!! I've had it for a week and I'm returning it! The steam comes out in a satisfactory amount only when it doesn't touch the ironing board!!! Every time I press the button to release steam, I hear the noise of the pump "struggling"!!! I've been ironing since I was 15 and it's the first time I've seen something like this! If it's not defective, it's for sure going to break within a month and it's definitely very bad!
