The only problem is that over time, it started to sag in the middle, resulting in a decrease in sleep quality. The level of memory foam noticeably decreased, but my friend told me that it is normal and that these things change in 1-2 years depending on usage. Mine was used daily at night and during the day.

I wake up more stiff compared to a feather pillow I had and I still use that one! However, my wife, who has both neck and thyroid gland problems, uses it well and needs to have her head somewhat elevated when sleeping. With a double pillow, of course, and this one on top.
