I had previously purchased the same set from a physical store, which was the best I had tried.
This particular product is an imitation of the first one, which I still have!
It does not have the same durability and the rubber is clearly of inferior quality.

I have used similar straps in the past, which were of better quality. There is no noticeable difference between the 3 colors as there should be, and overall they are soft. So I would say they are for beginners.

- It is a belt, therefore its elasticity is limited and the exercise is completed by 80%.

I have to say that they are not at all of good quality and definitely do not have resistance. They are fine for the hands but for the legs, it's like not wearing anything. To give you an idea, I wear all three together and still struggle to find resistance. I compare them to the optimum ones and they have no comparison.
If they weren't so cheap, I would return them.
I do not recommend them.

The three straps are quite "loose". They may be ideal for beginners, but for advanced users, it's like not wearing them at all. They are very stable, do not slip, and do not "gather".
