The unique cleanser that is a staple in caring for and cleaning my skin. No matter what else I try, I always come back to it!

In general, it is an ok product. Generally, cleansers should not leave the skin "squeaky clean" to the point where it pulls the skin because then it becomes oilier even faster if you have oily skin. This cleanser leaves the skin comfortable and hydrated after use. Specifically, since it is targeted towards drier skins, it leaves a "film" on top for hydration which you may not like, in that case you can try the foaming hydrating cleanser from the same company which works great. Also, it has no fragrance and since it is quite gentle, it is suitable for more sensitive skins. However, I, having combination skin, do not feel that it cleans deeply unlike the other one that foams. If you wear makeup and sunscreen, definitely you need another cleanser before for double cleansing.

I bought it because I have sensitive skin, redness, and occasional eczema on my face!! It is a creamy cleansing milk that rinses off with water. It doesn't foam, leaves the skin very soft and well moisturized. To the point where it doesn't necessarily need hydration afterwards!!!

I didn't like it at all. It is in cream form and I don't think it cleans deeply. Many times I had to wash my face twice to feel the cleansing sensation but in vain. I do not recommend it.

I will start with the positives: it is a very large package and its price is good. A small amount of product is enough and more than enough to clean. It has no scent at all and has a nice texture.

However, as a facial cleanser - which I used it for - it did not suit me. It's not that it caused me any irritation or anything similar, but I didn't feel like it was cleaning my skin. It left a residue that I didn't like, it didn't have the "squeaky clean" result I want. Also, it does NOT remove makeup AT ALL. Of course, I do double cleansing, but assuming something has escaped from the balm, this cleanser will not remove it. I would not buy it again, although I generally trust the company's products, this one personally did not appeal to me.

Personally, it was recommended to me by a dermatologist since I have rosacea acne. Excellent product, cleanses deeply and I recommend it to those who have imperfections on their skin and sensitive skin!

I had bought it earlier and I liked the feeling of hydration it provides. I have oily combination skin but I like more moisturizing products. It is a cream-like lotion that does not foam, it does a very gentle cleansing but it does not deeply cleanse or even remove sunscreen residue, I don't feel like it cleanses my face. Of course, it does not remove makeup. For a simple morning cleansing, it is great.

Very good moisturizing cleanser!! As long as I use it, I rarely get pimples. It is not suitable for makeup removal. First, I remove my makeup with micellar water and then use this.

Excellent for my dry-acne prone skin. I use it as the last step in double cleansing and in the morning to remove my nighttime skincare. It removes all residue without dehydrating the skin. Of course, it is not intended by Cerave itself as a product that will remove heavy makeup. It is a gentle cleansing soap that does not foam. It resembles more of a cream. It is odorless and deeply moisturizes while also removing any residue left by micellar water or any other makeup product

It is an unscented facial cleanser. It doesn't produce much foam, so it doesn't clog pores or strip the skin. However, generally when you want to cleanse your face, you always do a double cleansing, with a balm first and then with a cleanser. No facial cleanser can effectively remove makeup unless you melt the makeup with a balm.

It is a creamy cleanser that does not foam, but despite its external appearance, it cleans well. The skin does not feel tight afterwards and does not dry out. In combination with a moisturizer that suits each person's skin type, it does a good job. One press is enough for cleansing. It has no fragrance, it is odorless. I have not used it for makeup removal, so I do not know how well it works in that regard, but for better or worse, it is a good first step before using micellar water for cleansing. Overall, I would recommend it for people with sensitive skin.

After reading the reviews, I purchased this specific product. I have not been satisfied at all! After washing my face with this soap, it is indeed gentle but not clean. It does not remove any simple makeup, and I am only talking about blush and contouring. Complete disappointment. It may not dehydrate the face, but it does not do the basic job of cleansing. I will not use it again!
PS Before this, I used the gel from the same company and I was very satisfied, but I decided to change and regretted it!

Of course, it works differently for every person.
I bought the product to try it out because of the quantity and price, but I was disappointed.
It caused irritation to my eyes and I even got a borderline burn near my eyes...
I have dry and sensitive skin. Even though I first use makeup remover milk and then soap, when I use the soothing lotion, there are still makeup residues (I don't wear heavy makeup, just a simple everyday look without any foundation). You don't feel clean, but it leaves something like oil that makes you feel like you haven't rinsed properly.
I stopped using it after my dermatologist checked me and I don't even use it on my body! What a shame!!

The product is perfect. Attention. It is not soap to make foam... It is a cleansing milk and maybe the lotion is needed afterwards. Very economical and effective. Without any fragrance to not irritate the skin. I also have the day cream. They are all amazing

It is a large package and the product is very nice! Generally, all cleansers changed the pH of my skin and I would use Dove soap to balance it out. This specific one is ideal, I don't feel any discomfort on my skin and I definitely use it twice a day. It is odorless and resembles a cream, and you don't need a large amount for each use. I will definitely prefer it again

Good for the skin but it doesn't foam at all. Zero foam. As a result, it doesn't give you the feeling of being clean.

As soon as I tried it, I immediately abandoned my old cleanser (EUBOS) that I had been using for 15 years. It may not foam, but it cleans well and leaves a feeling of hydration (of course, always followed by a moisturizing cream) and a few days ago I discovered that you can safely wash the eye area with it without any irritation. I don't think it removes makeup, but its ingredients are so good and its daily use has such beneficial results for the skin. Additionally, I saw immediate improvement in the dyshidrotic eczema that has been bothering my hands for a year.

I bought this specific soap 2 months ago and I was waiting to have a complete picture in order to be able to help. I have oily skin prone to acne and this soap did EXACTLY what it promises. All the marks, redness, and pimples in combination with the cerave cream with sunscreen made a huge difference in my skin. It cleared my entire face. I highly recommend it as it gives you tremendous confidence to have clean and smooth skin!

I have combination skin that goes through a phase of dryness due to allergies. Although this product is intended for normal and dry skin, it leaves my combination skin quite matte, so I don't know how much it moisturizes dry skin. It has no scent and does not foam, the texture is more like a cleansing milk. Personally, I did not notice any significant hydration, it is a fairly neutral cleanser, neither good nor bad.

The best for me. I have combination skin, in the winter it's mixed to normal, in the summer it's mixed with shine and a little oiliness. I buy it constantly. I recommend applying it on dry skin, massaging for about 1 minute and then rinsing off to see extra hydration on the skin.

I felt nice on my skin but after 10 days my nose got filled with black marks. It was definitely from this product since I had been using my other products for a while. I changed it and within a week my pores cleared up

I had heard very good things about this company and decided to try their products. I have combination to oily skin. It is a product that for me is ideal for winter, definitely not for summer. It is ideal now that it is cold or for people who use retinol and other active ingredients that dry out the skin. You don't feel the skin pulling, it leaves it comfortable and hydrated. However, if you want a product that also removes makeup, it will not be suitable for you because it cleanses very gently and because it does not foam, it will not remove the makeup. The Apivita with olive and lavender will be more useful for you. However, it suits me for this time that I use retinol and AHA. The price is excellent. I believe it is the ideal product for dry and mature skin that needs sufficient hydration and gentle products that do not irritate the skin. Sensitive skin will love it too. It will not be liked by very oily skin.

A very gentle lotion that leaves the face clean and moisturized. I have been using it for a few days and I am completely satisfied. I look forward to more products from the company coming to Greece, especially for the sunscreens as I have heard very good reviews.

I bought it mainly because everyone was praising it and it sparked my curiosity! My skin is relatively dry because I just finished an acne treatment with pills and because I have some scars (not very deep but someone can notice them) they told me that it will help to make them smoother and reduce them + my skin is also quite sensitive and every time after washing it used to turn red. Guys, it's the second day that I'm using it morning/night and I'm shocked. The scars have visibly started to smooth out, my face feels fresher and it hasn't caused any sensitivity or redness. And I'm very satisfied with the fact that it comes in a half-liter/500ml bottle. I recommend it!!

I got it when I started taking pills for acne, having oily skin before starting the treatment I was not used to a moisturizing cleanser but due to the dryness caused by the pills it was ideal as it contains glycerin and leaves the skin moisturized (of course you should also wear moisturizer) and it does not contain fragrance so you are not at risk of allergies while you are on the treatment as you become more susceptible to allergies when you are on this treatment, also fragrance can irritate sensitive skin. The feeling is a bit strange at first if you are not used to such a cleanser, it's like putting body lotion on wet skin, it doesn't foam but it cleans the skin just as well. I would definitely buy it again, although after the treatment I will change and get the foaming cleanser that is for oily skin.

I started using this specific cleanser when I started my acne treatment with pills. Previously, I had oily skin (not extreme) with acne tendencies and I used a very well-known cleanser to regulate oiliness and control acne. When I started the treatment, I needed something very gentle and moisturizing that wouldn't stress my skin at all (without soap, fragrance..) and I chose this one. Truly, my skin during the 6 months of treatment only showed dryness around the nose and mouth for a maximum of five days, I never had the feeling of tightness or the need for hydration. In combination with a good moisturizer, it made my skin look flawless during a very difficult period for my skin. Now that my skin is no longer oily but normal, I will continue to use it as long as my needs remain the same. I don't have an opinion on makeup removal as I don't use it
