Compared to Xiaomi, it's day and night in terms of quality and finish, technology, speed, comfort, reliability, and autonomy.
The motor and wheel feel strained, the disc brake is crooked, the handlebar has play, and all the screws constantly need tightening. The rear fender keeps breaking (due to vibrations). The throttle switch gets stuck, and the vibrations from the solid tires are unbelievable!!! If the battery drops to 2/5, you only have a speed of 15-18km/h. I've had it for 2 years and use it for 1-4 trips per month, and now when the battery drops to 3/5, it suddenly shuts off and you have to walk.

The autonomy for someone weighing 85+ and going at 25km/h is only about 18-20km, not 30km. Also, if the battery drops to two bars, the scooter struggles to reach 15km/h on inclined surfaces, such as uphill. I bought it in 6/2021 and until 9/2022, which is almost 15 months, and even though I have only used it for 7 months, the rear mudguard broke due to poor construction and the poor quality of Greek roads. However, the overall structural construction of the scooter is quite reliable. I bought it because of the large wheels, as they have better response to potholes. Nevertheless, based on my overall experience, I would consider looking for other brands.
My first electric scooter that I bought initially with skepticism about their usefulness as means of transportation in general. I must say that it pleasantly surprised me! Easy and fast movement within the city, both for short and somewhat longer distances (around 10 km). Its nominal autonomy is 35 km, which of course is not true, as with all scooters. In practice, it reaches a maximum of 22 km, at most 25 km with careful use. The construction materials are of high quality and the scooter is sturdy for its category. It has 10-inch solid rubber tires that do not puncture but are very hard, and you can feel almost any vibration, even from the joints of the tiles on the sidewalks. Its maximum speed is 25 km/h and it performs very well and quickly when fully charged. If the battery drops to 3 bars or below, it reaches the maximum speed with some difficulty and slower. It climbs uphill with some difficulty, at least for my weight (1.74 height and 80 kg weight), and reduces the speed to a maximum of 18 km/h. If the battery reaches 2 bars, it will easily drop to 1 and the scooter will shut down soon, so do not stray too far from the charging area or turn back almost immediately once you see 2 bars on the battery. The rear bumper has great flexibility and often hits the rear wheel, but it seems to withstand the vibrations... time will tell. Unfortunately, it does not have any mobile phone connection application (hence the 4 stars) to view statistics about the kilometers traveled, battery information, etc. Also, when charging, you cannot see the battery level. It takes about 5 hours for a full charge. Folding it is easy and you can carry it relatively easily for a short distance (15 kg weight). It fits easily in all means of public transportation. However, from what I have heard, compared to the competition, these scooters have the fewest problems, which is why I chose this one over others... I hope I helped with my review.
Having done about 100km, I decided to write my review. As soon as I bought it, the disc brake made noise. I had to adjust it to avoid rubbing against the brake pad.
As for the battery life... at 85kg, it falls far short of what it claims. As soon as it drops to 4/6, the performance noticeably decreases, and you forget about speeds over 18km/h. Once it drops to 3/6, it's over. Maximum speed of 10km/h on a straight line and you learn to push with your foot to get to the charger.
I should mention that it has already broken down and I took it for service. The motor makes noise and it doesn't move. The screen displays an E (error?). Quite unacceptable after such little use. I would not buy it again for any reason.
It was purchased for short trips within a range of 500-2000 meters from home, so its autonomy was not a major concern for me. What I wanted was to have larger wheels than the standard 8-8.5 inches in order to handle the rough Greek urban roads better. Additionally, considering the various reports about the issue of punctured inflatable tires in models of other companies, I considered the solid tires to be a positive point, even though they provided less comfort and more vibrations.
Unfortunately, from the first rides, I realized that the 350 Watts provided by the manufacturer are not enough for my 90-kilogram weight in my area, which has many moderate to steep slopes. On the contrary, the brakes were satisfactory for the speeds it is designed for.
After extensive research on what is happening abroad, I decided to make the experimental and very laborious conversion (taking into account the tools I had at my disposal) to a 2-wheel drive, doubling the power by adding a second wheel-motor at the back and adding the monorim kit to maintain the rear disc brake. Speed was not my concern; I wanted more torque to climb slopes. After successive modifications to the electrical system and trying to find the best possible configuration, I have achieved a final result that satisfies me. The difference is huge, even with an increase in the final weight by about 3 kilograms.
The conclusion is that it is a generally high-quality construction that, like a bicycle, requires the rider to "get their hands dirty" a bit to fix any "little problems". Mine, however, worked normally from the beginning without any issues. I don't have experience with models of this category from other companies; many say that the well-known Xiaomi models are superior, but what I have found is that if you weigh 90 kilograms and above or if your area has steep slopes, just forget about it. Move to a significantly higher power category. With a cost of 700 euros and above, of course (which is what it ultimately cost me with the conversion), you will have something that "goes" and you will also avoid the trouble I went through.
Owner of the 100xs at the price of 290 here and I have been satisfied with the motor for 3 months now. It has quite good power for a 78-kilogram person, as it reaches 18 to 20 kilometers with just a 2-line drop. It has several negatives, such as the solid tires that slip very easily on wet surfaces. I won't even discuss using it in the rain, it's a no-go. The rear suspension feels like being on a boat. Another negative is the spare parts, which can be found in Athens but require some searching. The rear fender is practically useless as it is, and it's disappointing that the warranty doesn't cover it breaking even though they know it's meant to be thrown away. I improvised a fix after it broke, using the support from Xiaomi that attaches to the axle and is now indestructible. The battery life is definitely not 30 kilometers, it's closer to 18-20 kilometers. For its price, I wouldn't recommend it. I also have the Pro 2, which is far superior. The good thing is that it has a sturdy construction, although the handlebar has some play, but it can be fixed if you know how. Overall, the company that produces them has disappointed me, despite being in the electric mobility industry for years. I wouldn't even consider it for 380 euros!
I bought it in July 2021. At first, it reached the kilometers that the manufacturer claimed. Lately, for no reason, after the 5 bars of charge dropped to 3, it slows down from 25 to 10, and also starts with 5 km/h from a stop. I can only imagine what will happen when it reaches 2 bars, which I haven't done yet. It claims that it can cover a distance of up to 30 km. Impossible!! Lots of vibrations!! Zero suspension. Brakes are scary and terrifying. You keep pressing and it takes a long time to stop. Heavy and difficult to move. Stay away.. I do not recommend it.

In the first 18 kilometers that I rode, it left me with generally good impressions. At around 16 kilometers, it reached 2/5 of its battery and stayed there until 18 kilometers. I weigh 80 kilograms and the route had several uphill sections, including a very steep one where it stopped (I don't blame it). I climbed uphill at around 18-22 kilometers per hour. There is quite a bit of vibration due to the airless tires, and I can feel the difference compared to the Xiaomi Pro 2. It has a fairly wide handlebar, which is very convenient on the road but a bit difficult to carry since the handles don't fold like some other models from the same company. The throttle has a pretty good response. On the other hand, the brake has a good response when braking with the motor, but it takes a bit of getting used to. When you press the lever a bit deeper and start braking with the mechanical brake, it is practically non-existent. By adjusting the brake pads, I discovered that it also has a misaligned disc (no, I didn't have time to overheat it, I adjusted it after the second brake). Its lights are quite powerful. The big "downside" is that I couldn't find almost anything in terms of spare parts and mods in a quick internet search. I hope it proves to be reliable and I don't have to deal with dealers. So far, so good.
Update: After a few months of daily use and approximately 500 kilometers, the battery has started to not perform as well. It drops to 4 bars after 1, 1.5 kilometers and to 3 bars at around 4 kilometers. I only ride 4 to 6 kilometers per day, so it's not a big issue yet. The brake has become tiresome! Every 2nd or 3rd day, it needs adjustment because it wears down the brake pads at a very fast rate. Other than that, I don't have any issues with the build quality. There is a small gap in the handlebar, which I believe is a result of my rough usage.
Very good scooter. Quality construction. I weigh 95 kilograms and the battery lasts exactly as it says.
I have traveled about 100 kilometers and I am very satisfied.
Also, a big advantage is that the tires are not pneumatic but solid.

I weigh 90 kilograms and I travel a distance of 5 kilometers from Moschato to Nea Smyrni.
With a fully charged battery, it reaches 25 km/h in the first two kilometers, then it loses one bar and only reaches 15 km/h. When I encounter an uphill, even with a 10% incline, it completely stops and I have to push it.
Tomorrow I will call the company for a replacement.
I am the owner of this scooter for 1 and a half months, but unfortunately, it stopped working yesterday. In the past few weeks, when I would start it, it would take a long time to start and make a strange noise for a while. I don't know if it was just mine that was defective, but it has really tired me out. Now I have sent it to the dealership to see what's wrong with it.
It is really a very high-quality construction, a 10-inch wheel which is very important in Greece! It comfortably reaches a speed of 25 km/h and goes up steep hills at 15 km/h. Its battery has 5 bars as an indicator. I ride it daily for 16 km (8 km to go and another 8 km to return) on difficult roads with steep hills, and I come back home with two bars left. So, after the challenging 16 km with the third gear at full speed, the battery still has about 40% left. The tires are solid, and you don't have to worry about them bursting. It doesn't have a connection to a mobile phone, you just press a button and off you go... The only negative thing it might have is that it doesn't have an indicator when it's charging. The charger has a light that turns from red to green. I consider it the best purchase so far. For this price, you can easily get it!
After the first test ride, the results are satisfactory: it comfortably reaches the advertised 25km/h in a straight line, the brakes are impeccable, it has a sturdy construction, front and rear lights that make you visible enough, on inclines of over 15% its speed drops to 15km/h but it climbs them just fine. Rider weight is 90kg. In conclusion, it is worth the money so far and more, we will see in the future how well it holds up.
