The worst thing that broke from the first day is the wheel that the rope attaches to. They replaced it for me. Then the support from the wheel got crooked and now it broke at the base from the rope. It hasn't even been a month since I have it. My wife weighs 62 kilos and she uses it. Money wasted.

The pedals are not independent, but they are connected to each other with a wire rope instead of having independent shock absorbers. If the wire rope is cut, you throw away the step.
The tires are very far apart, unless you are over 2 meters tall, and they have very little elasticity.
The worst thing about this step, I returned it the same day.

It meets expectations, small in size, easy to carry. I haven't figured out yet how to adjust the difficulty, but I think it's satisfactory enough.
