It is porcelain, or otherwise called a granite tile, which means that its base of manufacture is granite but at the same time uses a denser mixture of raw materials, with a finer texture, in order to acquire the properties of porcelain. It is baked at a high temperature, resulting in the tile being harder, more resistant, and absorbing less water compared to a ceramic tile. Its cleaning is not demanding and can be done easily with a damp cloth.
Its texture is matte and thus its surface does not shine nor reflect light. It is suitable for placement in spaces that have a more traditional style.
It mimics the appearance of wood, and placing it in your space can achieve the creation of a classic wooden floor. For maximum aesthetic effect, it is recommended not to place one tile next to another, but to have each tile slightly offset from the previous one. The tiles are a product that is usually sold by the square meter.
