It is value for money, it is not 100% accurate but it is close enough (around 0.50) in measurements. Overall, I recommend it for something small/portable to have with you or at home for emergencies

Edit: I have had it for some time, but after some recent consecutive measurements that showed high readings, I decided to buy a second arm blood pressure monitor for more accuracy. The Omron wrist monitor proved to consistently show higher pressures.
It seems like a good product. It comes with a case, which is particularly elegant. Pay attention to the measurements, make sure you are seated with your hand at heart level, with the blood pressure monitor on the inner side of the wrist, otherwise you will have inaccurate measurements.
