The truth is that I don't have a complete opinion yet since I haven't finished the entire package. However, compared to a similar product I have tried, I don't have the same result within a month.

It takes 3 months to see a difference, so those who claim to feel a difference earlier are simply experiencing a placebo effect.
In terms of taste, it's good, not great, not terrible.

I can say that it has helped me.
Last year around this time, I started taking it because I had knee pain while running, not always, but sometimes I would experience pain, pressure, and pinching in my knee, so I had to rest it for a few days without running.
This hasn't happened again since then, any rest needed was for another reason. I believe it has helped me with tendonitis in my hands as well, overall I am satisfied. I take around 40ml and not the recommended dosage
