I mainly use it for measuring small, light packages intended for the post office, so it matters whether the package is 995 grams or 1005 grams (different cost).

Yes, the measurement always ends in an even number, but ultimately, as it has been proven for years and compared to the scales at the post office, the deviation is either 1-2 grams at most or minimal deviation, meaning that as much as I measured on this scale, the packages were measured at the post office! So, in terms of measurement, it is very accurate! This is also evident from the fact that if you put something small on the scale, it shows the same result at any point on the scale, whether in the center or at the edge. (of course, the scale must be stable on a level surface, for example, and not on something crooked or unstable)

As for the size, it is satisfactory. Maybe it could have a slightly larger surface, but the thing is that I happen to put packages weighing 5 and 6 kilograms on it, which are 2 and 3 times larger than the surface, so a large part of the package remains outside the surface (mainly on the back side). Yes, and still it measures exactly!!! A heavy deviation of 2 grams.

If I remember correctly, I had the black one since 2015, unfortunately, I broke it the day before yesterday when it slipped from my hands on the stairs and fell on tiles from a height of 2.5 meters, so the surface broke. I immediately bought the white one this time, I received it today, and again, perfect! Amazing scale, we also use it in the kitchen.

Very mediocre scale, I was torn between 3 options, my old one that worked perfectly (too bad I broke it out of my stupidity..) and another one from Philips. In the end, I bought this Kenwood one because it was the most expensive and I expected it to be better, but I was wrong...

The most important thing... It lacks measurement accuracy, don't expect to see single numbers like 2.5, 15, etc. The scale always measures and ends in an even number, so if you want to measure, for example, 15g of oats, be prepared for 64 or 66. It often loses count, to the point where I have the plate on top, weighed it, and it randomly goes from 350g to 530g, then to 200g, then -140g, -230g, etc. The power button is very sensitive, even more than a feather in the wind, it doesn't have illumination, the only advantage is that the battery lasts a little longer and it takes only one, not two. It has a nice design and seems to be well-built since I've had it for 3-4 months and it hasn't given me any other problems. Unfortunately, for me, who wants to measure grams accurately, it turned out to be one of the worst scales on the market.
