Hot Pursuit (2010) is one of the best Need for Speed games. Not only does it clearly emphasize its core gameplay (you can't upgrade cars, but instead unlock new ones by playing), but it also offers variety, as you can play as both a racer and a cop.

Hot Pursuit Remastered (2020) is exactly the same, so it is equally good.

The game is perfect.
It challenges me a bit, but I will never get bored of it again.

The purchase was made for 8€ from the PS Store. Average storyline as you play either as a police officer or as a thug, but mostly you have to compete against time.

The hot pursuit series in Need for Speed is everything I love about Need for Speed. I have been playing hot pursuit from N2 to 4 on the PS1. It has action both as a fugitive and as a police officer, and the best cars. The only downside I give it is that the graphics on Xbox 360 seemed the same, like nothing changed. Nevertheless, it continues to be an awesome game.

There, where you are running at 300, the police officer comes who a few seconds ago was stopped and easily overtakes you! Okay...

THE GAME IS THE BEST THERE IS IN NEED FOR SPEED!! No comparison to Need for Speed like Underground 2, Carbon, Payback, and the like. The game is something different, incredible with friends, the most social Need For Speed by far. It's worth it, guys, don't even think about it, buy it, it's purely a game for online, single player just has some missions to show you what the game is about. It doesn't have any kind of story, if you get it, you'll get it for the online. This game, and even more so if you're with a full group and playing in Friends only session, is even more enjoyable

It is very good! Especially for the nostalgic ones who had it on the PS3, it is the best thing! Of course, this particular one has been criticized many times because of its graphics! Personally, I found it decent for a remastered game from a decade ago and it meets expectations for this generation! If someone wants better graphics, they should get Heat! On the regular PS4, it runs at 1080p resolution and 30 fps. On the PS4 Pro, you have the option to choose between 1080p 60fps and 4k 30 fps. It is purely an arcade game and not a simulation, offering adrenaline and intensity generously, making you want to "melt" without tomorrow! Play as an illegal racer or as a cop and enjoy epic chases with full throttle as the engine of your car roars, the tachometer hits red, and the sirens of the patrol cars pierce your ears!!

If someone liked the PS3 version, they will definitely like this one too! The graphics have been done very well, and the gameplay is equally perfect. It was the best Need for Speed on the PS3, and it is the best Need for Speed on the PS4

Unacceptable! It turned into graphics on the PS3. Terrible gameplay. In no way does it compare to Heat. I wonder why this game was released. I played it for an hour and closed it. I'm giving it away...

The game is just okay. For the current price of 35 euros, it's good. If it was 40 Plus... Nah. But I can't understand why they did a remastered version of this and not something like Underground 2... or Carbon... the good ones...

It's okay, the graphics haven't improved much because the original had very advanced graphics for its time. However, the cars look and handle better. It brings back all the good things from the original, like the most wanted, the legendary multiplayer mode. There is plenty of content and the gameplay reminded me of Burnout, which is logical since it was made by the same developers. I believe it's worth it when it becomes cheaper.
