For those whose one of the two doesn't work for some reason, below is the way to reset it and make it work again.
We take out the earphone and hold it down, we put it back in the case while holding it down until the red light turns on.

2 stars because they were excellent for as long as they worked! However, after a few hours of use, the right earphone stopped working. It never worked again, despite resetting the earphones. They were sent back for replacement with another set and the same problem occurred with the second set!
Generally reliable headphones with long battery life. There is additional charging when they are inside their case, which also functions as a mini power bank. Disadvantage: sometimes they have connection problems, especially if used with more than one device. They need to be disconnected from all and reconnected so as not to "get confused". But in a single connection there is no problem. Overall good. Honest and in relation to their cost.
The headphones sound good but only as long as they work. The headphones disconnect on their own and often you have to take them out and put them back in their case to reconnect. The connection is lost in one earbud and the other one works until you swap them in the case where you put the functional one back in the case and wear the other one to reconnect.
Guys, no. These headphones used to be the best value for money with incredible features a few years ago. Unfortunately, as a user of them for 7 years, I have to say that: If you are an old user looking for the same headphones as back then, you won't find them. Their quality has completely changed, making them much inferior. I still have the old ones and bought the same ones because they had a problem, but I am not satisfied with the new ones. So, look for something else. Overall, they were amazing (fit, durability, battery, etc.)
A quite affordable and good solution for wireless headphones. The disadvantage is the fact that many times it is difficult to pair them even with a device that you exclusively use with them! Of course, if you want something much better, you increase your budget and solve this small issue as well. I would definitely buy them again
It arrived after a few days very quickly, but one was broken, it didn't even light up, and the other one had minimal sound, it was as if they gave me a used one. It's better not to buy it, it's better to get the Mi 2, much better and definitely last longer. Personally, the Mi 2 lasted me a year
For the price, it's okay. I wore them daily at the gym but when I exercised they kept falling off constantly and many times only one worked. If you want them for that purpose, they are not good.
For up to 15€ they are good, but they are not worth more. They do their job, but not much more.
Okay for the money they are fine, we are talking about a 10 euro (almost) product. They have issues with their connection to the case and sometimes they remain uncharged. As for sound, they are fine for simple use.
I have had them for 3 years and they haven't suffered ANYTHING..
I highly recommend them, they have been dropped and submerged in water and still work very well (obviously not like the first day after so many years, but still satisfactory)

Whatever headphones are barely connected and if they are connected they don't even work and both together (you will only hear music from one earbud). The charging lasts only 2 hours and it drains quickly again. 2 out of 5 stars due to the sound quality which is not too bad.
I have bought various products from this company and their previous models. I ordered this product knowing that I would receive a good headset to listen to my music and do my work. However, these headphones were the worst ones I have ever bought. Their sound quality is mediocre to good and their overall quality is indescribably bad (terrible, they don't fit well in the case, resulting in not charging, easily lose connection with the phone, etc.). Considering the price, I understand that the sound may not be very good, but with the same amount of money, anyone can buy headphones with better quality than these. The point is for them to sound good but also for you to feel like you have a product in your hands, not "garbage"
I have them for about 7 years. They are still quite functional, but the battery now lasts less and the case does not connect as well with the charger, resulting in poor charging. All the years I had them, they were durable and a great value for money. The only downside is that they are generally not suitable for running because they fall off.
From a sound perspective, it personally satisfies me, but if I need to make a call, they can't hear me, the microphone is black carpet.
I bought them in 1/2024 and from the first time I used them, one stopped working. In the one that still works, the sound is not good at all and it constantly loses contact with the phone when I walk. I didn't have high expectations buying them for 12€, but at least they should have worked for the first few days.
I had tried the same product from my son (who had the previous model) before deciding to order them, and they are completely different. The ones I bought have many interruptions in the music, the range between the phone and the earpiece is limited (for example, if my body gets in the way, they don't connect well), their sound is bad, as well as the microphone (I can't be heard loudly and clearly by the person I'm talking to). I wouldn't even consider wearing them when there is noise around (I prefer listening from the phone with open speakers). Additionally, it seems like they have also changed the rubber that comes in contact with the ears, and they don't stay in place (they keep falling off even though I have tried all 3 sizes of rubber). I wouldn't recommend them.
Guys, I don't know about you, but these headphones are terrible. First of all, they are not type C, the charging port is the previous one (similar to the ones that PS4 controllers or old mobile phones had, around 2016). The sound quality is awful, the sound is blurry? I don't know how to describe it, but it's horrible. The connection is also a joke, literally, they keep having interruptions when I listen to music. Also, to connect them, you need a whole process (take off the headphones, open Bluetooth, close Bluetooth, connect them, and listen to music with poor quality and many interruptions). Also, if you slightly move your head, they lose the connection... Guys, don't take it literally, they are terrible, they are like those headphones you would get from a gas station, so bad. I give 2 stars because the microphone is okay, they are comfortable in the ear, and they are small, nothing else, but they are awful. DON'T GET THEM
For the money, and without having many demands, for a little music and calls while driving, I have no complaint. I have had it for 3.5 years and now the case simply broke because of my own stupidity. It may not have the sound quality for someone more demanding but for everyday use it is perfect. It loses one star because it has an annoying way of connecting if it gets disconnected. It's a bit confusing.
I would not recommend them. I wanted to get Bluetooth headphones and one of the two headphones broke, so only one is working. I have had them for 4 months
Guys, it came problematic, no matter how many hours I have it charging, it doesn't charge and doesn't accept returns.
Very good headphones, durable and efficient ... with good quality ... they have fallen in water, they have been sucked into an electric vacuum cleaner ... they have fallen on me ... immortal ... the speaker hears you perfectly and you ... isolates from noise suitable for teleworking outdoors or at home ... the only downside is that they fall easily ... otherwise, very satisfied, I recommend them ... and their battery lasts a long time!
Whoever wants it, gets it... they shouldn't expect anything special... very nice sound, personally I didn't have a problem with any headphones not working and I use them mostly for walking... the only issue I have is that even if I have it in my pocket in my pants, it disconnects... if I have it in my hand, specifically the left one, the phone works fine or in an inner pocket on the chest, inside the jacket... if I put it in my pants, it doesn't... other than that, it's great for the price!
It is value for money. I don't have experience with other similar products of a different brand, but I don't have high expectations either. I use them to listen to podcasts or music while I work. Whenever I receive calls, I can hear and be heard without any problems.
At first, one of the two buds would quickly run out of battery, but after a couple of charges, it improved and now it doesn't lose connection with my phone. Everything is fine.
The fit of the earbuds obviously depends on the shape of the ear, but for me, it is comfortable. I haven't used it for running yet to see if it stays in place.
In the first order I had made a while ago, I had bought 2 headphones.. and they were all great! It's not that they broke and I wanted to buy again, I gave one to a friend of mine and unfortunately I forgot the other one somewhere that I can't remember and I had to go and order again! Again 2 headphones and this time it was the most terrible thing you could receive... they were like the products from temu with 0.99€ that you buy... they're not worth it.. you wear the headphones so you don't hear anything else except what you desire! Is it possible for me to walk on the street with full volume of the phone, the headphone as deep as it goes.. and still hear the cars passing by and speeches..?? Not even one star is worth
The rating is definitely around 3-4. Let's talk about this product, it is quite good for the price it costs, meaning for the money, a 5-4 would be worth it, but it is preferable to spend an extra 10 euros to find something better. However, if you are not interested in using them frequently and don't expect to have the best earbuds in your ear, then it is a fine choice for you. I encountered a few issues with the connection, the battery is okay, and the volume is okay again. Generally, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on something very good and just want to listen to some music and such, then go ahead and buy them, don't think twice. They accidentally went into the washing machine and still work well, so we are super durable and the sound is very good
I had bought them before and they had served me well, I had no problem, that's why I bought them again. But this time they have a problem. They disconnect on their own frequently and sometimes when I put my phone in my pocket, the connection is cut off from one earphone and it takes effort to reconnect. I'm sorry, but for 5 stars I would now give it two at most. At first, in 70 minutes they were ready for almost three days, but after a while it took 3-4.5 hours and again every hour and a half to take them out and put them back in
I bought them in '19 if I remember correctly, and since they stopped working, I bought them again for the second time in '21. Daily use at the gym without any problems. I lost one of the two, so I ordered them again on 23/12/23. Almost 3 years later, the headphones are NOT the same as the ones from '19 and '21. I repeat, they are NOT the same. They may look the same externally and have the same name, but internally they are not. They are a 100% downgraded version of them. Initially, my phone recognizes them as "Redmi AirDots 2" and not as "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic 2" like the ones from '19 and '21. Also, the most significant difference is the absence of bass, very poor sound quality. It sounds... muffled... I can't explain it any other way.
In summary, if you had them before and want to buy them again, DO NOT BUY THEM because you will be disappointed as they are worse than the old models. If you are buying them for the first time, then it's okay, they do their job for the money without many expectations.
