For those whose one of the two doesn't work for some reason, below is the way to reset it and make it work again.
We take out the earphone and hold it down, we put it back in the case while holding it down until the red light turns on.
It worked again for many people.
2 stars because they were excellent for as long as they worked! However, after a few hours of use, the right earphone stopped working. It never worked again, despite resetting the earphones. They were sent back for replacement with another set and the same problem occurred with the second set!
Poor sound quality even for their price and mainly, the battery drains very quickly. It's not worth it as a purchase in general.
It was very good and honest, until one of the 2 broke and stopped working.
I would say they are somewhat sensitive in general
The headphones produce a good sound for their price. The issue is that they are not comfortable enough for me, but that can be overcome. The fact that they break within two months, no. With normal and relatively careful use, the right headphone simply stopped producing sound at a normal volume. I sent them back and got new ones, the same happened with the second pair. Better to avoid them...
They have a good battery and are quite convenient, although from my ear's perspective, if I quickly go down 5 steps, one of them might fall out. They do not have a perfect fit. Also, the sound is not loud enough, or due to the poor fit, the sound does not enter the inside of the ear properly.
My only real complaint is that they fell out - inside the case - and the magnet of the case broke.. so they wouldn't close... then I lost them too and I was relieved..
They had very good sound and fit well in the ears. I only used them for music, very good for their price.
If you have ever bought the xiaomi mi true earphones 2 basic and then these, you will understand that the difference is huge here the sound is like it's muffled, no comparison with the others I said there it was Crystal sound had good bass ... disappointment simply ...
The best headphones I've ever had. I wish I could say the same for the others I've bought for 30€ or 50€ or even 80€. The connection with a Windows computer is something that it cannot do with the same speed and consistency as the well-known Apple product that I paid over 200€ for. Even today, it has many hours of battery life and charges in a minimal amount of time. I find them very comfortable and would buy them again if I found them 1000 times. As for their price, I bought them for 10-11€ and with shipping, I think I paid 14-15€.
I had them for quite some time and I can say that for their price they are decent but after some time one earphone stopped working. If you don't have more money to spend they are good otherwise with a little more money there are better options. Anyway, for 12€ it's a good choice
Unfortunately, I had the Basic 1 and assumed that they would be just as good, but I was wrong.
1. They disconnect every now and then to the point where you want to throw them out the window.
2. They charge whenever they want, not when you want.
3. Their case seems to "lose" its charge while sitting.
4. The connectors that touch the headphones to charge must be the worst conductive metal because in order to charge the headphones, you either have to lick them or dig into them with your hand, I won't even say what...
Stay away, there are better ways to spend your money, buy 1-2 waffles or 2 pitas, honestly, I got frustrated at 30.

Generally reliable headphones with long battery life. There is additional charging when they are inside their case, which also functions as a mini power bank. Disadvantage: sometimes they have connection problems, especially if used with more than one device. They need to be disconnected from all and reconnected so as not to "get confused". But in a single connection there is no problem. Overall good. Honest and in relation to their cost.
Bad connectivity. If you wear only one and then wear the second one, it does not automatically connect. You have to put them in the case and take them out again. I do not recommend it
The headphones sound good but only as long as they work. The headphones disconnect on their own and often you have to take them out and put them back in their case to reconnect. The connection is lost in one earbud and the other one works until you swap them in the case where you put the functional one back in the case and wear the other one to reconnect.
Guys, no. These headphones used to be the best value for money with incredible features a few years ago. Unfortunately, as a user of them for 7 years, I have to say that: If you are an old user looking for the same headphones as back then, you won't find them. Their quality has completely changed, making them much inferior. I still have the old ones and bought the same ones because they had a problem, but I am not satisfied with the new ones. So, look for something else. Overall, they were amazing (fit, durability, battery, etc.)
A quite affordable and good solution for wireless headphones. The disadvantage is the fact that many times it is difficult to pair them even with a device that you exclusively use with them! Of course, if you want something much better, you increase your budget and solve this small issue as well. I would definitely buy them again
It arrived after a few days very quickly, but one was broken, it didn't even light up, and the other one had minimal sound, it was as if they gave me a used one. It's better not to buy it, it's better to get the Mi 2, much better and definitely last longer. Personally, the Mi 2 lasted me a year
For the price, it's okay. I wore them daily at the gym but when I exercised they kept falling off constantly and many times only one worked. If you want them for that purpose, they are not good.
For up to 15€ they are good, but they are not worth more. They do their job, but not much more.
Okay for the money they are fine, we are talking about a 10 euro (almost) product. They have issues with their connection to the case and sometimes they remain uncharged. As for sound, they are fine for simple use.
I have had them for 3 years and they haven't suffered ANYTHING..
I highly recommend them, they have been dropped and submerged in water and still work very well (obviously not like the first day after so many years, but still satisfactory)

Whatever headphones are barely connected and if they are connected they don't even work and both together (you will only hear music from one earbud). The charging lasts only 2 hours and it drains quickly again. 2 out of 5 stars due to the sound quality which is not too bad.
I have bought various products from this company and their previous models. I ordered this product knowing that I would receive a good headset to listen to my music and do my work. However, these headphones were the worst ones I have ever bought. Their sound quality is mediocre to good and their overall quality is indescribably bad (terrible, they don't fit well in the case, resulting in not charging, easily lose connection with the phone, etc.). Considering the price, I understand that the sound may not be very good, but with the same amount of money, anyone can buy headphones with better quality than these. The point is for them to sound good but also for you to feel like you have a product in your hands, not "garbage"
I have them for about 7 years. They are still quite functional, but the battery now lasts less and the case does not connect as well with the charger, resulting in poor charging. All the years I had them, they were durable and a great value for money. The only downside is that they are generally not suitable for running because they fall off.
From a sound perspective, it personally satisfies me, but if I need to make a call, they can't hear me, the microphone is black carpet.
I bought them in 1/2024 and from the first time I used them, one stopped working. In the one that still works, the sound is not good at all and it constantly loses contact with the phone when I walk. I didn't have high expectations buying them for 12€, but at least they should have worked for the first few days.
I had tried the same product from my son (who had the previous model) before deciding to order them, and they are completely different. The ones I bought have many interruptions in the music, the range between the phone and the earpiece is limited (for example, if my body gets in the way, they don't connect well), their sound is bad, as well as the microphone (I can't be heard loudly and clearly by the person I'm talking to). I wouldn't even consider wearing them when there is noise around (I prefer listening from the phone with open speakers). Additionally, it seems like they have also changed the rubber that comes in contact with the ears, and they don't stay in place (they keep falling off even though I have tried all 3 sizes of rubber). I wouldn't recommend them.
Guys, I don't know about you, but these headphones are terrible. First of all, they are not type C, the charging port is the previous one (similar to the ones that PS4 controllers or old mobile phones had, around 2016). The sound quality is awful, the sound is blurry? I don't know how to describe it, but it's horrible. The connection is also a joke, literally, they keep having interruptions when I listen to music. Also, to connect them, you need a whole process (take off the headphones, open Bluetooth, close Bluetooth, connect them, and listen to music with poor quality and many interruptions). Also, if you slightly move your head, they lose the connection... Guys, don't take it literally, they are terrible, they are like those headphones you would get from a gas station, so bad. I give 2 stars because the microphone is okay, they are comfortable in the ear, and they are small, nothing else, but they are awful. DON'T GET THEM
For the money, and without having many demands, for a little music and calls while driving, I have no complaint. I have had it for 3.5 years and now the case simply broke because of my own stupidity. It may not have the sound quality for someone more demanding but for everyday use it is perfect. It loses one star because it has an annoying way of connecting if it gets disconnected. It's a bit confusing.
I would not recommend them. I wanted to get Bluetooth headphones and one of the two headphones broke, so only one is working. I have had them for 4 months
