We chose this refrigerator last August through a subsidy (white, for a family of 5). It is excellent. Its design is very elegant, although I had read from reviews that it was outdated. Not at all, it has very nice lines. Also, it cools the food very well and the large drawer in the preservation compartment can fit a lot! Let me give an example of how it can fit a large cabbage and still have plenty of space. Additionally, the drawer opens very smoothly and easily, which makes it very practical to use, no matter how much food or weight it contains.
As for the freezing issue, I must say that it would be the only reason that would prevent me from choosing a fridge-freezer, as drawers generally limit space. And in this aspect, this model excels, as the first drawer is noticeably huge, with great height and depth.
So far, it hasn't had any functional issues, but for its capacity in liters and its design, it is worth its price and more.

At first, we were searching for the containers because they were deep inside the fridge and not visible..... Its operation is quiet and for now, you cannot hear the familiar crack that in most refrigerators is a result of the mechanism to prevent ice formation. You can feel the heat on the external walls, but it is not continuous and not something special. The freezer space, which has 2 large drawers, is more practical and usable than the previous refrigerator with its 3 counterparts. The only negative thing I can observe is regarding the quality of the drawers, which give you the impression that you are dragging them when you pull them. For the price of €649, we are completely satisfied!

We have had it since 2017, about 5 years now. Not a single issue has arisen. As for the space, the liters speak for themselves, although I would like a different arrangement for both the maintenance and the freezing, as I feel that the space is not fully exploitable. Additionally, the first bottle rack broke for both us and my father-in-law, who also has the same refrigerator, with a replacement cost of 20-25 euros. I believe it is worth the money.

We bought it on Christmas at a good offer, around 150 euros less than what it costs now at a big electronics chain, and it turned out to be a great opportunity. We call it the "Cyclops" because we are a family of 4 big eaters and we haven't managed to fully fill it yet. This is convenient because I have had to put a whole tray on the top shelf without it taking up space from other things. When the family grows, it's better to have extra space rather than being cramped.
It has plenty of shelves and the bottle holder can be used as an extra half shelf if needed. The large drawer for fruits and vegetables has saved us because we buy a lot during winter and summer. The storage drawers for meat and fish at 0 degrees are perfect for preserving leftovers that are not consumed frequently (they are deep and can fit large jars of mayonnaise). I would like to be able to manage the large freezer drawer as I want (it has a separator in the middle that I don't know if it can be removed and I don't want to struggle with it too much to avoid breaking it). Still, it can fit a lot of things inside, including bottles, but it would be convenient if it could be removed.
Also, I would like the LED light to be stronger. It is sufficient as it is, but I would prefer it to be a bit brighter. Additionally, with a small child at home who used to play with the freezer door constantly, the audible signal indicating that the door needs to be closed was a lifesaver!
It reaches the desired temperature much faster than we were told, and it is almost completely silent (if I have the extractor fan on level 1, I can't even hear when the motor starts running, and I mention this because I constantly open and close it while cooking). It is much quieter than the dehumidifier, which also only works for a short period of time. It has an eco mode for both refrigeration and freezing, but the temperatures are relatively high for those who are interested.
Yes, we haven't had it for a long time, but I trust Pitsos judging by our washing machine, which is also new (2 years old), and I judge the company based on its modern products and not its old reputation. With an extended warranty at the store for 5 years for the appliance (around 50 euros, so it's worth it) and a 10-year warranty on the motor from the manufacturer, I have no fears!
And here's a tip for the door shelves, which are plenty and I can finally fill them as much as I want. Because the drawers are deep and the small jars and egg holders move back and forth, I cut non-slip plastic for glasses to fit the dimensions, and now everything is okay.

After a few months, the maintenance broke down again, but it fixed itself after a few hours. On January 5th, 2022, when we returned home from our New Year's trip, we found our house turned into a museum. Needless to say what was happening inside the refrigerator. Once again, the maintenance broke down. On the 5th of the month, I reported the damage and they told me they would call you within 2-5 days for an appointment. With all the delays, 20 days passed and they still hadn't scheduled the appointment, even though we called almost every day and they kept saying they would prioritize it. I went to the manager of the store where I bought it and managed to get a replacement. The conclusions are up to you, and I will come back to tell you the final outcome. Personally, there is no chance I will buy a Pitsos product again because of their terrible service.

On the outside, it is very beautiful with the anti-fingerprint inox color. No more oils, cleaners, and so on! Simple, sleek, and smart touch panel for temperature control. Truly quiet in its operation, even when it starts to lower the temperature after you have opened it! My previous Siemens, when it did the no frost, I thought it was "breaking" its interior sometimes, annoying especially at night! Ideal positions for shelves in cooling, freezing, and the door! The plastic drawers, of course, require caution in use. The LED lighting is very good! Fortunately, it did not need a door reversal because in this particular model, it is more complex and complicated than one would expect, and it has a process that is better handled by a specialized technician to avoid troubles. I had reservations because it was the first time I bought something made in Turkey, and I was afraid of the assembly and the overall quality, but everything is fine! Also, even the more expensive options I saw, they are made there, so why pay 100-200 euros more for almost the same refrigerator?
