I have had it for a year and a half, I use it constantly, many times a day during certain periods, strictly following the instructions, and simply... I love it. It solved my problems and opened up new possibilities for me. Many attachments and full capabilities.
My machine doesn't move, it doesn't make mistakes. It's a lot of money... I spent months searching and I am completely satisfied. I hope it will pass on to the next generation.
(The manual also states: never leave the device operating without supervision. For those who say otherwise...)
I bought this specific kitchen machine on 21/05/2022. From the beginning, everything was perfect. Very well-designed programs with perfect results as expected. It's a smart tool that has two built-in scales, which help you accurately measure the quantity of ingredients that the program tells you, and then automatically sets the time and speed. We were thinking of getting other accessories for it. We had the kitchen machine constantly on the kitchen counter in one spot.
However, on 22/11/2022, as always following the instructions EXACTLY, my wife put the ingredients for pizza dough in the corresponding program that lasts for 5 minutes and then went to decorate our daughter's birthday cake. After a while, she heard a loud noise and a crash. In short, as it was kneading, it gradually moved and fell off the counter, resulting in the body breaking at one point. I forgot to mention that the kitchen machine does not have any suction cups underneath to prevent it from moving.
I thought that the representation of such a reputable company would take responsibility, but I was mistaken. Without going into the whole history, I will mention an excerpt from my conversation with the representative, Mrs. Charvalaki.
In an attempt to blame my wife, she said that it is normal for this specific kitchen machine to move since it has vibrations, and that's why it should have been on top of it while it was working. We are talking about a kitchen machine that you can download the application on your smartphone and activate it remotely, after you have put in the necessary ingredients in advance.
When I said that what she was saying is ridiculous, she told me that she can't help any further because she offered to help get a better price for the repair, from 147 euros to 130 euros including shipping. For something that I am not responsible for! The manufacturer should have anticipated *the vibrations* and if something went wrong, they should take responsibility!
And if I don't want to pay for the repair, I have to pay 50 euros to have it sent back to me.
And yes, if there is no support from the company for such an expensive machine, it's not worth giving so much money! Or they should look into the issue with their staff.
