Purchased on 21/8/21.
It was recommended to me by a professional hairdresser who had been using it for a while in his shop.
I took good care of the machine since its cost is not negligible. Always kept it in its base with proper and regular cleaning, as well as with proper charging cycles.
I always used it wirelessly after charging it to 100% and never while the charging cable was plugged in.
It never fell down.
Even before the first year of its operation, around the 8th month, it started malfunctioning with its on/off button.
It would start working and then stop on its own after a while.
As time went by, the problem became more intense and I had to reopen it several times during a trimming session.
The on/off button gradually became more difficult to use and the interruptions more frequent, until today, not even after 2 years of use, it stopped working.
It doesn't even turn on.
The charging works fine, but the on/off button doesn't work at all (probably burned out).

P.S. The head of it, as it comes from the manufacturer, does pinch a little, especially when you try to shave against the neck area or the closely shaved areas, it scratches and makes you bleed in that area.
There are specific videos online (GammaPiu zero gap) where you can unscrew the head screws and reduce the gap of the blades.
It somewhat solves the problem, but if you press hard enough, it scratches you. (The same problem at the hair salon where I still get my hair cut with the same machine, when the barber designs lines on my mustache, it leaves marks for a day or two)

P.S. The packaging is quite well-made and gives you the feeling that it is indeed a professional device compared to others on the market where you can clearly see the plastic and the rushed work on their construction materials.

P.S. I hope that the fact that it burned out happened to me due to a material defect or whatever the cause may be. However, for its price, I would not recommend it to someone who wants to have something more premium in their possession. When you pay close to 100 euros for a machine, you expect a lot more.
