It doesn't do anything, at least for my dog who has tartar, whether I brush it or put it on the dog's teeth, but it smells nice and the dog doesn't have any problems, I imagine it has a nice taste...

I use it every day for almost a year and a half (maybe a little more) without a toothbrush (most of the time). The results are excellent, his teeth are in very good condition (dog's age: 3 years old).
