Bought, used for 2 months, and sold. The reason: noise. It is not possible for a house to have so much noise. Everything creaks. Otherwise, it's fine. Especially now that I got rid of it.

The Dehumidifier works wonders, in a small house of 25 square meters I put it on last night to see what it can do, besides the heat it emits, so it's kind of like a heater, I'm in Corfu in an area with a lot of humidity and it went up to 90% from the beginning, I set it to bring the humidity down to 40% and when I woke up in the morning it had managed to do it, I have a clock that measures humidity and it was at 40%, it even removed the mold that the wall had, it didn't completely remove it, let's not get carried away, the machine looks very good, if it continues to work like this it saved me!
Very good, the tank fills quickly, otherwise I would buy it again. And the application works well and you can adjust it from a distance. In normal operation, the noise is tolerable.
I placed it in a mountain cottage where its functions and the minimal heating it provides (instead of cooling) are very basic elements! It loses one star because it does not work with the iNVMate II application and forced me to install the Inventor Control (without mentioning it anywhere) and waste 20 minutes for a 2-3 minute process
In an area with high humidity (Xanthi), it has been working exceptionally well for a year. No negatives so far.
A little more noise than expected, adequately removes moisture, 4 stars for the very small reservoir which at least is easy to fill and empty. (In my case, I empty it 1 to 2 times a day at least).
I have it for 3 days now. I live in a 60sqm house. It is quite good and it reduces humidity quite quickly. It seems to be of good quality so far. However, yes it could cost less.
In general, the dehumidifier is good and seems to lower the humidity of the room quickly. It is not silent (nor noisy) and its operation is always noticeable if no other noises are heard in the room. Also, the application required to connect to wifi is extremely user-unfriendly in terms of connection and does not notify when the container is full, so it essentially renders the whole remote connection useless. The only thing you can do is turn on and off the dehumidifier, which it does on its own when the humidity drops anyway.
It seems to do the job. It makes a lot of noise and if it works continuously, you have to empty the container frequently. In the low mode, the noise is tolerable. This is the first time I am using a dehumidifier, so I don't have a point of comparison.
I come from Meaco dd8l and Morris mde-24200i. Before I start the evaluation, let me explain something for those interested.
1) There is no silent dehumidifier, either with a compressor or with zeolite. Generally, the noise level depends on the dehumidification capacity, the type of dehumidification, and the quality of the construction materials.
2) Power consumption is essentially related to the type of dehumidification (compressor or zeolite) and the dehumidification capacity per twenty-four hours (e.g. this specific one is 24 liters per day).
3) In zeolite dehumidifiers, the room temperature does not matter as they function properly even at temperatures close to zero and release warm air like a small heater, unlike those with a compressor which require a room temperature of at least 16 degrees Celsius to dehumidify and not defrost their motor. So, depending on the space (e.g. an unheated warehouse or a heated apartment), you choose accordingly.
Regarding this specific one:
POSITIVES: TOYOTOMI! I don't think anything else needs to be said, anyone who has products from the company can understand their quality.
NEGATIVES: 1) The water collection container, both in terms of capacity and shape. Its capacity is small for spaces with a lot of humidity, resulting in the need to empty it three times a day if it runs continuously (like mine). As for the shape, you can see it has protrusions, and when emptying the container, the water manages to flow in 2-3 places, resulting in getting wet if you don't know it or if you are careless. Also, be careful when removing the full container from the dehumidifier due to its tall shape.
2) The carrying handles are so small, as you can see in the photo, so there is a high chance of slipping out of your hands if you lift it to transport it, due to its weight. The situation is saved to a great extent by the wheels, which have 360-degree rotation, so you can drag it in any direction.
The only complaints I have are that 1) I would like a larger container (because I use it in a space with excessive humidity and installing a drainage pipe is not feasible). So I have to empty the bin quite often. 2) The ewpe smart application that connects it to wifi is literally a joke. You cannot adjust all the options of the dehumidifier from there and most of the time it goes offline, so it is completely useless for me!
The main reason someone buys a wifi device is for remote control (e.g. in a vacation home). That's why I chose it, but unfortunately it is completely useless! The application is completely unreliable, from the first day it constantly disconnects and if you have left home it will work non-stop until you return. Money wasted
Positive: In a 25 square meter studio, it quickly reduces humidity and does a very good job with clothes hanging inside. The wifi connection is very easy and from the app, you can activate or deactivate it, increase or decrease the fan intensity, change the desired humidity percentage, and see the current humidity percentage in the room. It has a one-meter hose to connect it somewhere to drain the water from the tank automatically. It has wheels (which you install yourself, they are compact and included in the water tank) and the air sterilization and filter work well (it notifies you through the app when it needs cleaning, or every 2 months). It includes an additional filter.
Negative: It is not as quiet during operation and it consumes electricity if it works continuously. It's okay if it's only activated to reduce humidity and then turned off.
It works as described. It is not quiet. The humidity percentage indicator is not always accurate.
Very good dehumidifier. It does its job quietly, relatively. The WiFi is very good, although I had difficulty connecting it. The humidity indicator of the room is also convenient. The only drawback is that the water collection tank is very small. You have to empty it 3-4 times a day
Although suitable for smaller spaces, it does a pretty good job and lowers the humidity as needed to improve the feeling in the house. The noise on both settings is more than noticeable and the plastic parts sometimes rattle, but if you are in another room, it is not annoying. It does its job, has both low and high speed, is noisy but which dehumidifier isn't? It has wheels and is easy to move, has a 3-liter tank, and is also beautiful. The wifi is not that good, it worries me about the connection and often freezes if it's not close to the router. For its wifi, I give it four stars.
Too much noise, not worth the money in any case
Review for the 20lt model:
I placed it in a basement/warehouse of 115+ sq.m. and within 2 days it reduced the humidity from 65-70% to the limit of 55% with a steady consumption of ~3.5kWh/day (it is connected to a smart Tapo socket). Only in the first 24 hours it struggled a bit and consumed 5-6kWh. It seems to draw a steady power of 240-250w whether the UV is activated or not. The wifi consumes less than 5w, however, if someone doesn't use it properly, they should turn it off using the relevant button as over time they will save something. Measured with at least 5 hygrometers from different manufacturers placed in various locations, which have variances of up to 5% between them, but the reduction in humidity is noticeable overall, as observed in all the hygrometers.
When it reaches its limit, it stops and if I understand correctly, it starts again only when the humidity increases by about 3-4%. However, there have been times when I set it at 55%, it reduced the humidity to 53% and continued to work normally (i.e. at 250w).
In theory, the humidity can go even lower, but I haven't tested it yet. With the limit set at 55% and the current humidity, my tank fills up about 2 times per day, so I will install a drain pipe to send it directly to a drain (note that it doesn't have a motor for water outlet, so the last part must be drained based on the slope of the pipe only). The package also includes a drain pipe of about half a meter (I don't remember the exact diameter, I think it is mentioned in the manual and it is around 14mm or something like that). The tank also has the disadvantage that its lid doesn't close tightly and it leaks from everywhere, so during emptying, the water cannot come out from a specific point. Practically, water runs from the upper edge from all sides and you need to be careful not to make a mess when emptying it.
It is definitely not silent. There is a constant humming throughout the space and when it starts or generally increases its speed, for a few minutes it sounds like the characteristic sound of old refrigerator motors. Also, sometimes it rattles loudly. It doesn't bother me in the basement, but I would never leave it in the living room or bedroom, especially during quiet hours. It makes much more noise than a typical air conditioner or air purifier, etc.
On the plus side, the pre-installed plastic feet can be replaced with wheels (included in the package). The connection and use with wifi are simple, but the Ewpe application is simply unacceptable (possibly the worst of the dozens of similar ones I have tried over time). Most of the time, it returns a timeout error the first time until it manages to connect to the device, it cannot connect to Alexa (the last step always fails even when the relevant skill is enabled), it doesn't send notifications when the tank is full, etc.
Overall, it seems to do the job and is worth its money, however, it can be improved.
ps: I see in the reviews photos with the back of the device almost stuck to the wall. I hope that is not its permanent position because the dehumidifier draws air from the back and the manual recommends a distance of at least 35-40cm both from the back and from its left side, which is the air outlet.
UPDATE after 3 months of use: It does what it's supposed to do. Likewise, it makes noise. I am still trying to understand the difference in settings between High and Low fan, as they practically make almost the same noise and burn almost the same wattage (maybe High burns about 10% more, at most). Generally, I always have it on High and running for 12-18 hours a day, burning over 100-110 kWh per month. I haven't experienced any disconnections from the wifi, although the Ewpe app always times out after 30" before it manages to connect on the second attempt.
But what I really haven't understood is how it starts and stops on its own:
- If you set it, for example, to a humidity level of 55% and it has stopped earlier on its own, then usually it will only start again when the sensor reaches 60%.
- With the same humidity setting, it usually stops when it reaches around 51-52% and often not even then. Because I have been using it exclusively with the internal tank, at some point it would fill up, and the device would stop working for hours (before reaching 51-52%), and once I emptied the tank, the device would start again on its own. So far so good. The problem was that it would do this even when it measured the humidity at 53-54%, which is below the 55% that I have set. It shouldn't start in that case.
- Lately, I have connected it to a drain. Although its setting is still at 55%, it practically never stops working. It reduces the humidity to 47-50% according to 4-5 hygrometers scattered in the room, but the dehumidifier itself never shows below 52% and obviously, for some inexplicable reason, it doesn't stop. When I tried to increase the setting to 60%, the humidity in the basement exceeded 65% before the device started, so I didn't try it again.
Since the Ewpe app doesn't seem to have a schedule or timer on (only timer off), I had to set a program through Alexa so that it flashes for a few hours a day either automatically or with voice commands. Luckily, at some point, the relevant Ewpe skill of Alexa was activated without me having to do anything (previously it would fail at authentication). So far, I have only done it based on time, but I will try to do the same based on humidity percentages, which Alexa seems to read. So I will be able to turn it on automatically if it reaches, for example, 58% and also turn it off if it drops to 53%. We'll see.
For its price, it works just fine. You can't say it's completely silent, of course, but it does the job at least and it seems to have a decent construction. Since I've had it for a few months in a space with humidity above 65%, the difference is noticeable. If you even put it in a bathroom where you can have direct drainage to the sewer, it dries everything perfectly. Even the laundry...
Very satisfied with the capabilities of ... The big negative is the noise. I wonder how some people write that it is noiseless and I fell into the trap and bought it!
So our house is full of humidity!! (It showed 71% when I opened it.) We had another one from our landlord but it was rubbish... It took 3 days to fill the bin and it kept working and making a lot of noise. The dehumidifier is vital for us and luckily after searching, I found this one!! Guys, it's amazing. Completely silent but still effective. Imagine the noise like a gentle breeze, like hearing your fan when it's working. And it does a great job!! We got it for €199. It's worth it, it's perfect in terms of design and its performance.
Fair. Quality construction with basic filter (it does have UV anyway) but efficient and relatively quiet, at low speed the noise is similar to the refrigerator motor.
1 month of operation, absolutely satisfied. I noticed a difference within 3 days. In a house that suffers from humidity (area near the sea, etc.). Value for money.
The dehumidifier is extremely quiet, only the air coming out can be heard. Babies constantly bother it, but the child lock (CL) function resists.
The atmosphere in the largest room of the house - the living room - which borders the kitchen is excellent. In the other rooms, the difference is not significant because there is also a draft. However, within an hour, if it is moved from room to room, it brings the other rooms to the desired levels.

The humidity is at 55-60%, the indoor temperature is at 20.5°C (there are 2 babies), the outside temperature is at 3-10°C, and the house is not insulated. It is a rooftop with a slab on top.
Compared to last year when there was no dehumidifier, there is a clear improvement in all aspects.
The downside is its small water collection container. If you can use the hose, it's great. It can dehumidify a 115 square meter house comfortably at 55.
My friends, I will tell you what and how. So, last year my walls were dripping water. We have a big problem with humidity. The dehumidifier is amazing. I am left speechless. The work it does is noticeable from the first hour of operation. The construction is excellent, it has wheels, it has a drainage hose if you want it, it has Wi-Fi, it has everything. Compared to a black Morris that is the same price, the Toyotomi is far better.
