They are heavy and I also couldn't find my size because I wear a 39 and they come in two sizes, the 38-39 were small for me and my heel touched the raised sole, and the 40-41 were big. Of course, you can remove the detachable insole and fit your foot, but I didn't consider it an ideal solution for the price of 55 euros per pair at the pharmacy. I suggest trying them before buying them so you don't make a mistake.
