If you have an antenna on your car to listen to the radio, then there are many interferences. If you remove the antenna, the situation improves significantly but you no longer have a radio. Also, the speakers have very low volume and you have to turn the volume all the way up to hear your conversation satisfactorily. However, when you finish the call and return to the radio, you must have already lowered the volume, otherwise the radio will be heard loudly.

Easy way to connect with the car and the phone.
I haven't tried the charging ports yet, so I can't express an opinion on them.
It does its job as it should with the following drawback: it causes interference with stations on neighboring frequencies over a large range. Almost entirely, that is, it renders the radio useless.
The adhesive from the screen that doesn't connect to the lighter came off quite quickly due to exposure to the sun, but if you remove the extension that had the adhesive, it has hooks that easily fit onto the air conditioning vents of the car.
Overall, for its value, it's just fine.

Then, you tune the radio to the same frequency as the Bluetooth and connect it through your phone. Nothing else is needed. The sound is quite good without interference most of the time in Athens at 106.85-90. It is quite nice, you can change the color, answer calls, and the listener can hear you quite well without any interference. You can also change songs or pause them. Compared to an Ak@i that I bought for my mother's car at approximately the same price, they were compared one after the other and the Ak@i has more parasites at the same frequency (and in others that I tried) and the calls don't sound as good as in this one. The first 2 had unacceptable sound, were bulky and difficult to handle, and during the summers, if I forgot to take them out of the car, they literally melted from the sun due to poor quality. Finally, I feel like I made the right choice. There are no interferences on the frequency 108.00 in Athens, except for occasional static here and there. The sound is as if playing a CD.
