Description

We did what the experts told us, but the ailments are increasing rapidly. Low-fat diets increased the risk of heart disease and made people gain weight. We cut out sugar and dementia increased. We cut out salt and cholesterol increased. Why? What has intervened and is distancing us from our true nature? The only sure thing is that our body knows this truth, but we have stopped listening to it.

The book is good and has a truly original theme. Dietary habits of philosophers and theorists from ancient times to the present. It provides shocking evidence of how the powerful food industry has managed to feed us useless and dangerous foods and yet we continue to consume them. I was shocked when I read that the red color of the farmed salmon's flesh is now dyed red with dyed PELLET!!!! Everything is fine, but what exhausted me to an unimaginable extent was the translation. In many, many places, whole pages I would say, it resembles Google Translate
