And one must bring to mind what May 1st was a few years ago to feel the radical Change that occurred, the amazing Transformation. Because for a few years now, May Day was the day that threatened bloodshed, it was the day of clashes between Greeks, it was the day that disturbed the order and tranquility of society, it was the day of major disturbances. What happened in the meantime for this colossal change to occur? The Change of August 4th came. With this regime of August 4th, the working class of Greece is inseparably connected, not only for the social reforms that this Change brought, but also because the struggle for the fate of this world was the cause for which the Change of August 4th was imposed.
