It's not the best phone... Sometimes it freezes for no reason. But for those who want a cheap phone with decent cameras, then go for it.
I bought it for Mobile POS, it's so slow that it barely opens the application. I've been a fan of Xiaomi for years, but this particular phone is terrible.
With the memory it has, it can't handle Messenger and Viber, which was the only use I wanted, so for me, it is useless
Extremely slow, freezes on everything and has 1000 other issues: terrible distance sensor (thinks there is something in front when there isn't, causing the screen to close during calls), calls and messages don't come through and appear later, terrible fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi range is a negative number... It's just a nightmare.
Slower than death. Even with factory settings, you still wait a long time for basic tasks (e.g. answering a phone call)
I have had this mobile phone for almost two years and I think I have formed a complete opinion about it. I got it for 120 euros and I think it was worth the money, it has a very good speaker, the battery definitely lasts a day with my use and it has a nice resolution. Of course, the camera is not that good, which makes my photos blurry and sometimes it freezes and closes all the apps I have opened at that moment. Sometimes the screen goes completely black and it needs a restart and generally it faces a problem with any application. I believe that if this model came out with a little more RAM and capacity it would be perfect for me.
I bought it for my mother, it shuts down on its own, it freezes, the screen turns black, overall it's better to get her something else because it gives her a hard time.
I bought this specific mobile phone only because it has the NFC function that supports contactless cards. Otherwise, I would still keep my old Xiaomi 6. Also, when you speak, it sounds very clear, no problem with the speech.
I have had it for about 2 years and I would gladly throw it against the wall, but I regret the money I spent. Stay away!!! Waste of money....with 30€ more you can get a mobile phone and do your job. Even if you delete all the extras, fb, Viber, e banking, this one still lags. It even freezes during calls. I receive a call and the screen freezes, I can't answer. It takes 5 minutes for Viber to open after it has already kicked you out saying the application is not responding....or the system launcher is not responding. Disappointing because I was very satisfied with Xiaomi products, that's why I bought it. This specific one is the company's disgrace....STAY AWAY!!!!
I bought it in 2021 and in 2023 the screen started doing whatever it wants. The touch stopped working and it was pressing things on its own! It doesn't have a single scratch because I take care of it! Before that, it was an okay phone for communication and a little bit of YouTube that I used.

Το έχω περίπου έναν χρόνο και κολλάει απίστευτα δεν αξίζει.Δεν το περίμενα έτσι.
Για τα χρήματα τσάπα θα τα πετάξετε καλύτερα ένα Samsung!!! Η ανάλυση παλεύετε, για να ανοίξει τις εφαρμογές θέλει ένα λεπτό. ΠΟΛΥ ΑΡΓΟ !!! Για το μόνο που έμεινα λίγο ευχαριστημένος είναι ο ήχος καταλάβει τα κουμπιά στο πλάι για να λειτουργήσουν θέλουν 35-40 δευτερόλεπτα. Κάμερα fake.Το δαχτυλικό δεν ανταποκρίνεται πάντα. ΔΕΝ ΑΞΙΖΕΙ ΓΙΑ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ!!!!!!! +++ Ότι το άνοιξε τεχνικός και είδε μέσα μόνο μια κάμερα ούτε καν τρις που φαίνεται!!! Και κάτι ακόμα, για μπω στο Viber ανοίγω τον υπολογιστή. Μέχρι να φορτώσει τα μυνήματα έχω ανοίξει τον υπολογιστή έχω μει Viber & Messenger φανταστείτε πόσο κολλάει.
In 2024, it's not worth it at all. With an extra €10, you can get the Redmi 10C (better than the 12C). The Redmi 9C will cause you unnecessary headaches. It doesn't function smoothly at all. It even lags on Viber. It's a very weak device. The low quality screen/touch worsens the user experience.
AWFUL. It was my first mobile phone and it is the worst electronic device I have ever touched. You can't even play the simplest games. If you make the mistake of opening Google, the screen goes black and it needs to be restarted. Occasionally, the speaker malfunctions and again, it needs to be restarted. The fingerprint sensor is useless, it never works, but it may be because of my case. If the battery didn't last so long, it wouldn't be worth a single euro. Let's not even talk about the camera, as it takes 30 seconds to appear on the screen when you open it. Taking a photo takes another minute, and that's an understatement. Finally, I have to mention that I am writing this message from this mobile phone and it feels like an Odyssey, as it took me forever just to access the reviews
I had this specific phone for only 1 year. One day, as I was about to charge it, the charger went into the phone normally, but the phone did not make good contact with the charger. Before you ask, "Why didn't you get another charger?" I bought 3 chargers for the phone and in the end, I wasted my money. It doesn't have good resolution, it constantly freezes even when the phone wasn't even full. Also, it doesn't have a good camera, etc. It's not worth its money, it's better to get a Nokia. I do not recommend it.
I bought it just to use it as a GPS and credit card terminal. I have deleted everything I could to lighten it up and it still lags. If you want it for regular mobile use, you will simply be wasting your money
For anyone who does not wish or cannot afford to spend 150, 200, or more money on a mobile phone, this one is very honest and decent. That's a bad mobile phone. It's simply not responsive enough for basic use with messages and Viber as a secondary work phone. If you don't have the financial means, a 3-year-old mobile phone with a fast processor is clearly a better option. Stay away!!
The worst mobile phone I have ever bought and don't even mention the price of 100 euros!! I have bought cheaper phones but I have never seen anything like this. Everything gets stuck from the first day. The most useless thing that has ever been released!! STAY AWAY!
FAR AWAY!!! I bought it for my mother (for Christmas) to replace her useless Huawei, but a Seicento would be faster 0-100 than the time it takes for the screen to turn on when you receive a call. It freezes constantly and you can't operate it. The camera and sound quality are terrible. Unfortunately, it's the worst 100€ I've ever spent. Yesterday, I got her the Galaxy A54 and we can finally relax.
It freezes incredibly, it can't even perform basic functions without freezing. Its hardware can't support the android software. Such a phone shouldn't even be released.

2. Beastly battery, lasts for days with light usage, and 2 days with heavy usage, at least now that it's new (40 charges).

Unfortunately, it has a small memory (2 and 3 GB that I have tried, and it also comes with 4 GB) and needs to be cleaned (has a cleaner function) after using 2-3 applications.
Mute is activated randomly during calls, a problem that can be solved by closing the screen (by pressing the power button) at the beginning of the call, when mute is inactive. I read this trick on a forum.
I have not used it for games and social media.
Good for its price, if you cannot afford to spend more for a better one with more memory.
I received it as a gift on March 13, 2023, but unfortunately it started freezing incredibly from the first week. Of course, it is an economical mobile phone, but an Asus I had was equally economical and never froze. I did not expect to have a mobile phone that "flies" for this money, but not in this situation to freeze even when pressing to answer a call.
It's not running fast, I have over 100 tabs open with Chrome, so when I open programs it's slow and the internet is not working well, I'm not getting good Wi-Fi. As for games, I don't know, I don't play.
I have had it for about 4 months. From the first days, it started freezing for no reason (even when I entered the pin for the 2nd sim). When someone calls, the screen turns white and the buttons to answer appear after 2-3 seconds. The camera resolution is mediocre for what is presented to be, and it also freezes and opens after several seconds. In the first few days, sometimes the speaker stopped working and a restart was needed to continue with sound.
It was purchased as an economical and fast solution, as the battery of the previous (xiaomi redmi note 5a) broke.
Good for a cheap phone that I've had for 2 years, but not great for playing games as it tends to freeze.
