The GP 550 S by Airoh is a full face helmet, which protects the entire head and jaw. For this reason, this type of helmet is considered the safest and most durable for both travel and city rides. It is made of composite fibre, that is, from synthetic fibers that make it flexible and resistant to shock absorption. It fastens with a double d ring, also known as a ring. It is the safest and most reliable fastening, but it requires both hands to tie. The package includes an anti-fog film, an additional accessory for the helmet visor that prevents it from fogging up. It is placed on the inner side of the helmet and is useful during the winter months.

    I have had the helmet for about 6 months. As a helmet quality, it is very good but:
    1. There is quite a lot of noise at speeds above 130-150, to the point where you definitely need earplugs.
    2. To change the visor, it is a pain... not user-friendly at all.
    3. After a considerable amount of time, more than 1-1.5 hours, it starts to hurt my forehead. I don't think it is due to the wrong size since it fit well when I tried it on at the store, but it starts to hurt after a while. During a long trip, you definitely need a break to relieve the pain.
    4. The air vents on the top of the helmet are terrible, they get stuck and have no adjustment levels. Overall, though, it has good ventilation since the other vents do the job.
    I believe that with the same amount of money, you can get something much better. The positive thing is that its spare parts are very cheap

    Owner of the helmet for a month now. Excellent quality materials. The helmet is very lightweight to the point that on trips outside of Attica, you forget that you are wearing it. Excellent ventilation with 8 air vents that cool the entire face without freezing the lips or eyes. Minimal aerodynamic noise, the classic one. It's worth the 300 euros and more. I recommend it 100%. It comes with an extra tinted visor and 2 anti-fog membranes. Airoh quality
