5 months of use almost daily with quite heavy loads and it still holds up perfectly. I also use it as a wristband for shoulder and back exercises, etc. For its price, it's definitely a good choice.

Good quality and binding is quite good. Of course, with the weight load over time, the binding weakens. Overall, a good product with an affordable cost.
