I bought it to replace the classic vacuum cleaner. I tried it on carpets. With small children and pets, we have higher demands. I am satisfied with the performance, quality, power, and price. I vacuum, clean the bin easily, and leave it wherever I want. I would not buy a classic one that you have to drag up and down again. It does the same job and is clearly cheaper.
I have had it for 3 months. I was very satisfied as it is very powerful and economical. In the second month, the brush component broke, but I didn't pay attention because, as I said, I was generally satisfied. I followed all the maintenance and cleaning instructions... Today, the bin caught fire.... The motor caught fire during USE.... What else can I say... DO NOT BUY IT.
It sucked up just fine and was powerful with plenty of attachments that fit into the nozzle. And that's where the problem arose with the insert-remove feature. The nozzle started to crack, around 9 months, and burned out at around 13-14 months.... I just want to point out that as soon as it filled up, I would empty and clean it. In all the filters. And all the plastic parts.
Very powerful, but poor build quality. The arm broke at the joint, I glued it once and it broke again. The bin also broke at the fasteners and the slot where the vacuum and accessories go also broke. It's not worth its money
Extremely POOR construction. It lasted only TWO weeks. First, it broke at the point where the main component connects to the main broom, and then the arm that connects the handle broke.
I bought it because it had a lot of power and reading the reviews I thought I would handle it carefully and nothing would happen to it. I must have cleaned it 10 times in half a year, because it never worked for me due to the fact that it is heavy and the attachment that connects to the handle constantly comes off. It hasn't broken but it's the same thing. It's not worth its money. I do not recommend it. Additionally, it does not fit under chairs, beds, etc. And the noise is deafening. The short cable didn't bother me since I used a permanent extension cord. It is very fake for this money. And then we support Greek products! Chinese ones are better.
It sucks very loudly but it makes a lot of noise.
In the 2 months of use, the plastic that the attachments attach to broke and the large attachment of the vacuum stopped working as if its plastic got stuck. No matter how much we tried to unblock it, we couldn't do it, resulting in it turning into a dustpan.
Also, it has a short cord. Sometimes it's not even enough for a regular-sized room and you have to search for an outlet.
I wouldn't buy it again
I have it exactly for a year, it does suck strongly but really after you have to remove all the dirt you have collected, besides that when opening half of it goes outside and you have to collect them again, it's really disgusting. With a little use, the bottom part of the attachment broke and now the stick is broken and even though it is supposed to have a 2-year warranty, they told me that I have to pay for it out of my pocket. I do not recommend it at all.
Poor build quality. The handle broke on mine. I replaced it. The warranty doesn't cover it. It's ready to break again. Also, very noisy for no reason. With fewer watts, but more efficient vacuum cleaners are available.

It doesn't suck like a regular vacuum for any reason. I wanted it to collect cat hair, etc., but I have to pass it 300 times in the same spot for it to do anything. The noise it makes doesn't correspond to its power.
On the other hand, I put it in a corner of the house and it was like it disappeared, it's very easy to store. Maybe it's good for everyday cleaning, but it definitely doesn't replace a regular electric one.
Also, emptying the bin is strange because the opening is quite small, so if it only collects a few hairs, it gets clogged and you have to use your finger to unclog it.
As a motor, it is very good and sucks perfectly fine, but... we have had it for 7 months and we have changed the plastic parts twice + one of the legs (15 euros + 6 for the filter, the leg hasn't been changed yet) and I also bought an extra filter to wash one and use the other. The connection point breaks very easily, you don't need to do anything special for it to break. It's a shame, if they had used higher quality plastics, the vacuum cleaner would have lasted and I would have preferred to pay 40 euros more to have a good vacuum cleaner instead of changing all the plastics every three months... I do not recommend it, get something more expensive but better in terms of quality
We got it for our country house, which is a 40-50 square meter house. It has been very convenient and has nothing to envy from a regular vacuum cleaner. Just be careful with the plastic parts because they are not of the best quality.
After 1 year of ownership, I am rewriting my experience. For its price, it is worth it. But this vacuum cleaner can barely be the main one in the house. The 800W (1000W maximum) does not correspond to the power you would want. Without the handle, the handheld vacuum is fine. The attachments are also fine for all surfaces and corners. The bottom part comes off quickly for handheld use and for difficult areas. When you attach the handle, it loses a lot of power, resulting in improper suction and needing to go over the same spot 4-5 times to clean properly. I expected it to make less noise for its size. The noise reaches the intensity of a large classic vacuum cleaner with less bass sound but more mid-high frequencies. Satisfied for now, it remains to be seen if it withstands the test of time.

For the price it has, it is very good. I bought it for the summer to clean the hardwood floors and the power it has for hard surfaces is more than sufficient. Lightweight and pleasant to use. It has served us very well in our everyday life. I don't know yet about carpets. Also, it has enough accessories.

Because I read many negative comments about Pola, I want to share my own experience with the product. First of all, it cannot be compared to a regular vacuum cleaner (although in terms of power it might be able to) as its name suggests, "it is a little vacuum cleaner," so it is unjustly criticized. I don't know what kind of use they had that caused it to break, but we have been using it daily for 3 years and it hasn't had any issues. It is quite convenient, it doesn't fit under low sofas and beds, but it is not intended for that. It is meant for everyday cleaning in the main areas of the house such as the hallway, corridors, kitchen, and living room. As for its suction power, I can only say that it picked up glass pieces and carpet debris without leaving anything behind! It just requires slow movements, it needs to be passed slowly over each spot because it doesn't clean with suction power but with the turbo brush, which should always be clean in order to rotate and sweep, and then the dirt goes into the dustbin through suction. That is the philosophy of this device! And regarding the cleaning of the dustbin, I want to mention that this is the case with all cyclonic vacuum cleaners, it is the price one pays for the economy of not having to buy bags, we can't have it all! To conclude and not to bore you any longer, I will just say that for its price and because I have worked in a well-known chain of electronic appliance stores and have tried vacuum cleaners from very big companies with prices three or four times higher, it is a very decent product! Unfair money. After the second or third use, it stopped pulling with force. It doesn't sweep the fluff from the carpets at all, nor the hairs. It's awesome for its price. Since I have a pet and the house is filled with hair, it's just what I need. It has almost replaced my regular vacuum cleaner. The only thing that bothers me is that it doesn't have a bag, so you have to clean the bin and the filter every time. Other than that, it's perfect.
