I was extremely concerned about whether I would use it based on the reviews here and elsewhere. I had a problem with a one-year-old black metallic car with a fresh scratch that left a mark on the paint. I noticed the scratch within 24 to 48 hours after it happened. I cleaned the scratch and used the product on the same day. Before applying the product, the area had become rough and the paint had clearly been corroded and whitened. The damage was significant and clearly visible from a distance. Scratches also occurred in the surrounding area of the scratch attempt as it had hardened.

I followed the steps below:
1. Used a small scratch polish (nothing special, an 8 euro product) with a microfiber cloth and cleaned the entire surface with the issue. The paint remained white and cracked, rough in texture at the scratch area. Good cleaning of the surface with water and drying.
2. Applied the product according to the instructions exactly. After using the product, there was a very light stain left on the color. The only additional step compared to the product instructions was the use of additional tape for better application of the bag.
3. Used the scratch polish again as in step 1. At this point, the stain had practically disappeared and was no longer visible.
4. Applied wax for protection.

Based on what I have read, I estimate that the product worked because, as stated, it should be applied to new cars up to 3 years old and because the surface was almost completely horizontal and not vertical (it has a slightly different application method for surfaces with high inclination).
When I initially added water, it took a very long time to heat up and produce steam from the hole, but eventually, a few minutes after the application with the tape on the surface with the issue, the bag started to heat up.

I'm not sure if it is suitable for all cars. Under these specific conditions, however, the product did exactly what it claims to do on my car.

I have yet to see if this will have long-term effects on the color. However, the car now looks brand new without the slightest stain in that area.

Unfortunately, it does absolutely nothing of what it promises.. It's like I never even tried it.. It's a shame, because it's not cheap..
