The contemporary multicultural and multilingual reality, a result of population movement and relocation as well as the globalized society, necessitates the revision of educational policies and the implementation of new pedagogical approaches, educational practices, and teaching tools in order to address educational challenges and the social needs of individuals and societies. This particular book aims to highlight concerns and propose actions with modern educational and pedagogical tools suitable for approaching vulnerable social groups.
