Although I am a person who sweats a lot in my hands. It seems durable and of good quality material, they withstand people weighing 110kg+. Just make sure you have somewhere convenient to hang them. Not even a door frame in the bedroom. You need space for flies and basic exercises. And it will bother you to hit them every time you leave the room. For those who have wrist issues: the rings do not hurt (although the bends hurt), due to the neutral grip. Also, they also work the chest adductors (like the crossover) by necessity.
