I took it in the morning on an empty stomach and drank 1 liter of water, following the comments I read for better results. I expected to see the first results 4 hours later (strong erection and longer duration of erection). However, do not expect the same results as with chemical products. Indeed, the erection is slightly stronger and it also causes easier stimulation after sexual contact compared to not using the pill.
