A Pontian family travels through time and is tested at the crossroads of History. Their journey from the 19th to the dawn of the 21st century unfolds parallel to the course of Pontian Hellenism, from violent uprooting to resettlement and life in new homelands.

Based on a secret drawn from the Byzantine tradition of Pontus, of which the women of the family are the guardians, the lives of four generations will be shaken.

Protagonists, but also victims of History, Eugene and Kallirroi, Manuel and Erato, Andronikos and Laura, will experience stormy loves, tragic situations, and dramatic reversals, trying to balance between yesterday and today.
