The memory foam sole helps a lot if you have any issues with your feet. I find this particular sandal more comfortable than the average sandal, but different from Skechers sneakers (which feel like walking on clouds).
I wish Skechers sandals came in half sizes like their athletic shoes. I usually wear a size 40, but in Skechers I wear a 39.5. Here I got a size 40 and I see that the fit is looser on one foot than I would like. A size 39 would be too small for me though. Each person will fit differently depending on the width and thickness of their foot. There is no adjustment in the heel strap, it is integrated with the rest of the shoe, time will tell if it will overflow or not. The quality overall seems very good.

[Edit] I have to change my rating and go from excellent to one star. Everything I wrote is true but I did not appreciate that there would be a problem with the heel strap. When I wore the sandals on a relatively relaxed walk, I found that the fact that you cannot adjust the strap was unpleasant while walking and it was cutting into my foot. Unfortunately, in my case, it caused a very large wound on one heel, which means I cannot wear them again.
