Within this framework lies the value of management in education. It serves this noble purpose of education and creates conducive conditions for its prosperity. School management has the great responsibility to create, in collaboration with educators, a fertile and safe pedagogical and learning environment, so that students can enjoy and appreciate school and, above all, find meaning in their presence there.

The Principal is not just the head of the school, but its heart and mind. If they are unable to function due to internal or external difficulties, then the school also fails to function. If they are free from all kinds of obstacles, then the school becomes creative and prosperous.
