Poor packaging (store), resulting in most corners being shattered.
I must come back and congratulate the company (Bio Island) from which I purchased the products for how they handled the issue immediately after my review was published.
THIS means "after sale support"!
They contacted me by phone to apologize for the problem that occurred, gave me their explanation of how it happened, and informed me that they had already re-sent the products, WITHOUT ANY CHARGE!
Honestly, on the one hand, I was glad that there are businesses in Greece that stand at this level, and on the other hand, I felt bad that I didn't contact them before publishing my bad experience. I apologize for that, congratulate them, and wish them to become an example for the many who follow practices that distance the consumer and lead them to foreign markets.
